I have actually started to love your genuineness and natural flow of videos. Ignore my past comment on weird accent because now I am a fan of this channel.

Mr Gulati! You eat and look healthy!
Thank you for this genuine wonderful log.
Anything soyabean (eg tofu) kills testosterone for males. Thought to share this!

Quinoa in place of rice. Super cool idea.

Hi Karan, Your vlogs are great. I would like to learn more about stocks. Also any tips for starting my own TH-cam journey. I feel like there's so much I wish to share , especially because of the depth of wisdom I have about life and emotional intelligence. I simply don't know where to start.I would appreciate any tips or advice. Gratitude in advance.

I would say - start anywhere? You are the niche. Provide value.

That's the thing it's a challenge for me to decide my niche, and hence, it takes away from my movement. As a Sikh I feel like there's so much I wish to share more anonymously, though. For example, I believe that Ek Ong Kar has variations to it. Base level understanding is that God is one. Second level is the essence of oneness. Higher level understanding the alignment of oneness with the soul (mind, body, breath, mouth and gut ) and the highest being the light in me sees the light in you more leaning towards higher level of connection with self and all levels of acceptance. Now, here is an aspect of what I want to do right. Then, I also work more professionally on a spiritual level, and I am slightly more comfortable being seen on social media with that, where I look at life much deeper. For example, the world may resonate to the fact that break up is an unhealthy/hurtful experience only, but I know that it's a healthy experience if we look at the depth of it because it allows you to dive deeper into re connecting with the self and healing un tapped wounds from the past. Sorry, I don't intend to spam your chat, but you see when it's so deep I don't know where or which topic I could start with. I did have a TH-cam channel, and I took it down when I re branded myself. It only had channeled guided meditation. I hope this helps you help me better, of course only if you choose to. Gratitude in advance

Hey Karan! Your videos are amazing! I have questions brother!
    1. What camera gears do you use?
    2. How can I develop a vocabulary like you(your words are amazing!)?
    3. When are you going to make this video about how jp saheb book can help us to make a stronger mindset.
God bless you! Keep doing the great work 💪

      1. I use iPhone for Instagram and DJI Pocket 3 for TH-cam.
      2. Read and work with Word Power Made Easy.
      3. Very soon. It’s in progress.
Thanks again for so much support brother.

Hey Karan, I use 'rajma curry - homemade' on the myfitness app to track it. 150 g has 9ish g of protein I think. Rajma is mostly carbs tbh (unfortunately) and not that much protein -- you eat it for the love of it not for the potein (as my trainer reminds me). I use the cooked version on the app to track any Indian curries. Otherwise I track the individual food items (ex. in a salad, egg whites, tofu bowl, etc. etc.). Let us know what your trainer says and if you learn a better way to track the curries! Thanks for a great video!

its easier and convenient to measure rajma uncooked bc after cooking it has water/curry in it so it gets hard measure the right amount

If you are cooking just for yourself then only it’s possible to weigh everything raw and in Indian households it’s difficult and tracking cooked food which is cooked in mini oil is also fine will not make much difference. N 200-250 gm dal with 150-200gm rice for lunch is fine coz we don’t wanna stay hungry also….wat i follow is i try to complete my protein intake and then eat carbs n fibre as per my hunger levels. N if you train hard enough so you get desired results… its not that complicated 😊
