In village i notice that suddenly time passes slowly one day feels like one week like waking up at 4 am doing exercise walking having fun with friends and then we suddenly check time its 7 am its amazing in village stress is gone if you suffering depression stress or any problem just go to village you will come different version of you in 6 month
True. There's something about the village life that calms me. Children roam and play around, women work or bond with other women, and men do their work and provide for the family, and then bond with the wife, children, and other family members. There's not much energy left to be awake till 12 am to be on phones. Nature and physical activity definitely nourishes the mind and soul.

It's the same across most villages in India, my paternal family is based out of a village in Bengal and it's pretty much the same. Work, walk, walk a lot! and eat whatever mother earth has to offer. Although because of the geographical advantage we get to include fish in our diets. So happy to hear stories from other cultures. Love from India!

It basically happens due to high estrogen levels, mainly due to lifestyle disbalance. I'm a mbbs student and our sirs always tell us to have meals in proper times and workout every single day..by this majority of lifestyle related echoes wouldn't happen.

Like I drink methi mulethi tea empty stomach(I can notice my facial hair getting thinner but it's kinda irritating yk), sprouts in the morning, salad, leafy veg with roti and buttermilk/dahi for lunch, 2 eggs and a banana as snacks, and mostly lentils, legumes with rice/roti for dinner! I can't really understand this ... Also I workout everyday.... I also had a pretty much active Lifestyle... I stay outside and I believe that hostel food can be a reason but now I have switched to home-mess ... I guess my pcos is managed like this... Glad that you replied, kind human 😊 stay happy ☺️☺️

My date is just fixed I got it every 16th date of the year since last Feb .... My cycle is of 30/31 days ! I went to a gynaecologist, just because I had facial hair.... 😣 But she didn't even scan and immediately told me that I've pcos and I've to get operated and depend on supplements my whole life which are hella expensive.... I was just so scared yk....

What North Indian farmers are eating their cycle is different from our Northeastern farmers and food habits but respect for all the farmers and their family because by their dedication we get the energy to live in...and our Traditional festival Bihu that's also related to farming...
I also commented the same about this. Not all farmers in India has this much land and equipments to live a fulfilling life. In bengal ,bihar and vidharbha region of Maharshtra this is not so happy go lucky situation. There are lot of different categories of farmers and depends on the acreage you own. There are sharecroppers and small land owning farmers top who are not living a lavish life like those in Haryana and Punjab
I quit corporate job and became a full time farmer. In starting it was difficult to do work in fields. But the clean pollution free environment, pure water, organically self grown vegetables and grains, milk from own cow makes me more strong and more energetic then before.... In corporates I always feel stressed and dull all the time but now I'm happy with my family and my life in village 😊

I've been following the practice of maintaining the circadian rhythm for the past 2 years, and I'm so glad I did. It has genuinely made a huge difference in my life! I feel more energetic, 🤗 and my focus on studies has improved significantly since then. Just by waking up early, doing yoga and pranayam, and having dinner early (by 7 PM), my entire lifestyle has transformed.

Can I have a brand new video on pcos please....the doctor didn't even scan .. she told me I've " PCOS "... but the only symptoms I have are facial hair and less energy... I'm an icsi student, have less time to focus on myself and don't really know how to get my diet right or don't know what's wrong with my diet... I don't want to pcos .... Doctors recommend many supplements and I can't afford such expensive supplements.... Inositol is almost 30 sachets for ₹1500-₹2000 ... Your videos are just amazing... I hope you read this .... It basically happens due to high estrogen levels, mainly due to lifestyle disbalance.
I'm a mbbs student and our sirs always tell us to have meals in proper times and workout every single day..by this majority of lifestyle related echoes wouldn't happen.
@@creativerse6447 but I eat at the same time everyday... Like I drink methi mulethi tea empty stomach(I can notice my facial hair getting thinner but it's kinda irritating yk), sprouts in the morning, salad, leafy veg with roti and buttermilk/dahi for lunch, 2 eggs and a banana as snacks, and mostly lentils, legumes with rice/roti for dinner! I can't really understand this ... Also I workout everyday.... I also had a pretty much active Lifestyle... I stay outside and I believe that hostel food can be a reason but now I have switched to home-mess ... I guess my pcos is managed like this... Glad that you replied, kind human 😊 stay happy ☺️☺️
@@creativerse6447 Most imp thing is never missed my periods there's no such day that my period is late, very little pain that vanishes on day 1 itself... It's always on time and with normal flow.... My date is just fixed I got it every 16th date of the year since last Feb .... My cycle is of 30/31 days ! I went to a gynaecologist, just because I had facial hair.... 😣 But she didn't even scan and immediately told me that I've pcos and I've to get operated and depend on supplements my whole life which are hella expensive.... I was just so scared yk....
@@_shruthi_somvanshi_3866 ya, I know...but these kind of ailments does take it's roots back in the adolescence and it is same way environment mediated just like lifestyle. Every single thing like the air, the shampoo, the deodrant, the floor cleanser does contain some potential cell cycle modifying agents which cause these diseases, which are in a way beyond our control. But it's your disciplined lifestyle that has controlled it and I'm happi that you're well enough now ❤️🙏

This life is only in haryana, Punjab and Northern part of rajasthan
I also commented the same about this. Not all farmers in India has this much land and equipments to live a fulfilling life. In bengal ,bihar and vidharbha region of Maharshtra this is not so happy go lucky situation. There are lot of different categories of farmers and depends on the acreage you own. There are sharecroppers and small land owning farmers top who are not living a lavish life like those in Haryana and Punjab
I quit corporate job and became a full time farmer. In starting it was difficult to do work in fields. But the clean pollution free environment, pure water, organically self grown vegetables and grains, milk from own cow makes me more strong and more energetic then before.... In corporates I always feel stressed and dull all the time but now I'm happy with my family and my life in village 😊
