I'm from the UK and I had no idea about this song until I was literally standing outside the ride. I can't believe I've never heard anything about this theme song before, it's so good! brilliantly cheesy.
I remember when i went to Dollywood for a field trip back in April, it was actually my first time going to an amusement park and going on roller coasters lol, but my friends went on the Mystery mine like 3-4 times in a row but I was to scared so I didn’t get on, I will forever remember just sitting there waiting for them to get off while Also listening to this song just playing over and over again. One of my favorite memories tbh lol
I recently went on the ride and I had the opposite problem, the operator kept stooping the sound to keep using the PA system in the station. If only there was a way for it to only sound near the dispatch and not the whole station. But the song does give you a warning about the "rules" of the mine!
