Anything marketed to your run-of-the-mill prepper like these kits are going to be massively over-priced. They know these idiots will overpay. Just get a standard first-aid kit from a pharmacy or big box store for 1/10th the cost of these, it will have most of what you need.
Depending on what you have some items with adhesive can degrade but usually no. Make sure you know when your items and you replace them. A chest deal with the inability to create a seal since it’s expired and doesn’t work needs replaced.
