12:56, you described an OPA which depresses the tongue. The NPA you have in your kit doesn’t interact with the tongue, rather it bypasses upper respiratory obstructions through the nostril and can be used on conscious patients as it has a reduce gag reflex response(if sized right).
Two truths: ANY training is better than none! and it is Better to have it and not need it, than the other way around! Humm, sounds like the old Boy Scout Moto. Good information.
I’m very disappointed. I ordered. Then sent an email requesting the TQ swap. They refused. Now I have to spend another $35 + shipping if I want to upgrade to the TQ I was trained on if I get it from them. They didn’t even offer a swap with the cost difference. I guess I’ll order it from another supplier as I don’t really want to give them more money now. Any recommendations?

I got 2 of these, even though the bad is made in china it feels extremely well made

A word of advice, get the combat tourniquet. They are easier to apply than a RAT is.
