Yes it is. I ride a 2004 Burgman 650 and love it. Top end is 110 MPH, CVT tranny, storage space under the seat for 2 full face helmets. To me, it's a great bike. Has a hip replacement in 2009 and can't really swing my leg over the seat that well so this fits me like a T.
Just bought my 650 beauty last week in white! Can honestly say it's a fantastic bike and its looks certainly gets heads turning when I'm out on the road. Its smooth, comfortable, practical, beautiful and fast! You can be breaking the speed limits before you even know it. Looking forward to those long summer trips to the beach now - if the UK weather allows it that is!! :-)

I want that dash. They really FUCKED UP the dash on the 2012 model which I have. I'd have waited for this or got the 2011 model, but didn't have a choice as it's a company bike. Seriously it's the worst thing about 2012 models, not fit for purpose - steer well clear. They really have got it how it should be with the 2013 model
I own the 2009 version of the Executive. This version doesn't look substantially different and I assume it has all the features of mine as well as a few upgrades. Mine doesn't have heated grips or a heated seat - I don't think they were available as factory fitted in Australia. I note some commenters have criticised the dash. Mine gives me all the information I need - trip meter, fuel economy (if I choose it) fuel and temperature gauges and tachometer. There is plenty of storage in the dash and under the seat. The ABS is a good touch. The machine is quick off the mark with a responsive engine and a quick CVT. As mine is 10 years old I would suggest to Suzuki that they make 3 improvements. 1 Add cruise control - a long day touring which is what this bike is meant for is made so much better with cruise control. These are electronic and there are bikes that have them. 2 Softer grips - the grips are quite hard and this leads to fatigue especially in the right hand another reason for cruise control. 3 Include a radio and speakers with either Bluetooth to play music or and aux input for playing music through the speakers. I have a Kawasaki Voyager 1700 and it has cruise control and a radio with aux input. Remember to enjoy the ride because it is the journey that is important not the destination. It is the road not how fast you get their or how quickly you get there. Ignore the silliness of the scooter/bike thing because this machine keeps up with any bigger bike all day on the open road or on the back roads.
Well, I see they've redesigned the Executive... I just purchased mine in March of 2012 which is a 2011 model. I like the heated grips and what appears to be fog/running lights on the front. I still prefer my all digital gauges though. Everything else is similar. It's a great/fast machine for sure. I love mine..
By an unexpected chance ended up with my pearwhite stalion this past april! Im goin to miss my 07 400 but this new 650 definitely feels stronger and more reliable, i like the abs more then i thought i would!!! This guy is my partner 4 life!!! =) I Added some 400 style mirrors for better view and that maid it the perfect machine! ! !

when they changed look in 2013 they done a excellent job best maxi scooter on the road hands down

I wish there was a burgman with a Manual gearbox. A scooter with a more traditional powerplant and powertrain.
The mirrors suck,(too low). Why not punch it out to 750 cc and add cruise control.
