I like the idea behind these videos. I get really tired of "The METAH" and love to make some really interesting builds. It's like a good part of the player base has forgotten that this is a game.
@@lunerlilly well, that's how balance patches works. Sometimes the damage output is so low it works only in openworld, and then BAM, one patch later the spec is suddenly on top after the buffs.
@@sebastianwroblewski3949 It was a build I used in pve and pvp. People in pvp called it garbage when I was able to carry 3 games in a row with it. 😂 my "garbage build" was so obnoxious that the entire enemy team would CC me 😂.
I enjoy precision signet cuz it's active let's me isnta-charge my adrenaline just incase i need to 'o shit' a full counter and don't have adrenaline charged yet.
This is clearly not the best build because it isn't the most optimal dps and therefore can't be fun. And my opinions on fun are universal and held by all humans on earth. IMHO I have all the best opinions. TBF everyone should listen to me. And TBH if I don't start a sentence "TBH" then i'm clearly lying or 100% sarcastic.
Looking for another excuse to use a hammer.. I'll give this one a shot. Impressed with all the defiance break on it. I shall call him.. Breaker of Bars.
I have a dagger/dagger Spellbreaker, but I never thought of using Hammer... I have 6 Warriors and I don't think any are running Hammer now that I think on it... hmmm... The best thing about Spellbreaker, ESPECIALLY in New Kaineng City, is the mobs there just don't seem to expect or anticipate Full Counter AT ALL!! Like just go to the city mobs and they just fall for it Every Time!
@@RecklessFables the DPS sure is comparatively low, but honestly it's pretty high if you consider all the CC and the huge AoE the skills have. It puts GS to shame.
by the way if you have the right team this build is pretty nasty in pvp as well. the weapon set up. hammer with 3 and 4 specs. then into axe and dagger. get your 5 spec off. and f2 up. also using 7 and 8 to chase them down
Nice to see a Spellbreaker out and about :D. I settled on that Elite as my favourite for my Warrior and I may have to experiment a bit with hammer it seems! I run Dagger/Mace and Longbow but I had overlooked all those Defiance Break skills that hammer brings!
So I'm a new ish player. Is this still good to run with exotic gear? I think you have legendary and I don't even know how to get that or ascended. I was playing a dual axe hammer build up until I unlocked my specializations. I just did a train in HOT for HP so now I have spellbreaker maxed out. Just hoping this build will still be good enough on exotic rarity gear. Still have to do all of POF and EOD. I saw bladesworn builds but this build looks way more my style.
@@theheavyhat I just bought gear and set up build foe this a few mins ago. Eating dinner now then going to test it out. I have kick and stomp on. Is that bull rush ability a necessity? I have grown attached to using those 2 abilities. Lol.

Exactly. I'll never forget I had a build people called trash. Then months later everyone made videos on how meta it is. I was like nani the faq!? Lol
Right? I main Celestial Condi Reaper, definitely not meta. But, it puts out hella damage and survivability is amazing.

I love me some hammer warrior. But, it is soo hard to not take Aggressive Onslaught for the semi-perma quickness :)

I'm not much of a warrior guy but I might have to dust him off and go get some hero points to unlock spellbreaker and give this a go.

Sadly, hammer is never optimal as DPS, but it is fun. I also have some fun in WvW with hammer, but it is so very slow.

If you are playing solo and need sustain, you can take it. It will lower your dps tho.
What kind of dps can you bench on this build? Just to get an overall of how much dmg loss you get by playing unoptimally
I think I was at around 27k on a golem when I tested it. Again the main thing about it is fun versus dps, but still, definitely not bad damage output.

Absolutely! Exotic gear is only about 7% less total stats so you'll be golden!

You can play however you want. If you use kick and stomp you'll keep the buff uptime so that's good. Play what's most fun for you!
