Seth McFarlane is honestly a really intelligent, aware guy. Maybe the dumbed down comedy of family Guy takes that first impression away, but it takes a smart guy to make dumb jokes. (:
Lot of people don’t realize how much skill it takes to do comedy, especially 1 as daring as family guy. The comedy pulls no punches and it’s very much aware of the things that go on in our everyday lives, even if it is in a satirical way.
Holy shit... I watched this the other day and I never knew Seth did the voice. As I was watching I kept thinking to myself... that sounds just like Seth McFarlane. I remember his impression of Hitler on Family Guy and it sounds exactly the same.
I know a lot of people for some reason don’t like Family Guy and that’s understandable. But Seth is legitimately a well knowledged, smart, talented, charming guy who deserves way more credit. He sings like Broadway type music and all types of other stuff and isn’t all braggadocio about it either, he’s actually quite humble.

some of the lines that they say on screen doesn't all get caught on camera or it is difficult to hear them. So some of the actors voice their lines with what's caught on screen so they can dub their voice in the live action segment.
