      @@TheMajimeChronicles It's not just that, the audio is also left biased, so it sounds weird. It's like someone is trying to interrupt a conversation you're already having. Often happens when editing on earbuds rather than over ear headphones.

      @@TheMajimeChronicles Heya, just recently stumbled across your channel and really like your style of editing, chapters and all. You've now reduced the video down to the very core (in my opinion) and 9 minutes. Just know this: We (the people loving this kind of content) would love a little more in depth vids, and would always easily watch 20-30 minute episodes on the regular. Tip: Throw in a super detailed "full build" vid in every now and then, that's about an hour long. Pro tip: List your videos in the category 'educational', the TH-cam algorythm will recommend your vids more often to others. Good luck on your journey, I'll tag along 🙂

    Video is a great start, i have some thoughts to make the next even better!
    The interview was great, but using some B-roll and showing things about the knife that is currently in use and what you might do to improve on it would be a great way to show how you intend to design your version. It doesnt need to get technical, a simple breakdown would do.
    A little more on the process itself in general, it felt like we went from stock material to finished knife pretty swiftly. Doesn't need to be complex or anything, this is a show more about challenge and entertainment value after all and not the process, but it felt a bit fast (in my opinion)
    Music and voice mixing could be a bit better. The muic overall seems generally louder than your voice, I found it kinda hard to decipher the sound of your voice during sections with music overlayed at times.
    Overall great! Keep working on this!

    • @TheMajimeChronicles
      @TheMajimeChronicles  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Alright so great question, yes I could have gone through the cycle of annealing and doing it all over again. And the chance of it warping could have potentially been fixed.
      So after the second successful attempt I actually figured out that the reason why I had the first warp was because I turned the blade and clamped. In that split second the tang, because it was malleable and the steel was heavy it bent and I want fast enough. So now I took the okay quenches and set them up vertically to never have the issue again. But that simple answer to your question… ya I could have 😅

I don't think I noticed this on your second one but in this one the volume of your speaking is quite low in contrast to the music at for example 2:30 (where I'm at rn). Saying this to help, not to flame, I am appalled at the quality what you've put out and I don't think I've ever subbed to a channel with only 2 real videos posted. Sort of expected you to forge the knife rather than cut out a blank a heat treat it but it was a nice thing you did regardless.

    Too bad that the handle is in a completely wrong position for her. You should have filmed her making noodles and then adjusted the design, instead of just copying the dimensions of the old knife.

    Well, looks great but the handle is super short, she's holding it half hand on the metal :/ her first knive's handle is two times longer and it goes behind the curve, pretty sure your isnt that comfortable to hold, sorry to say. Not a hater, just saying what i can see.

    your audio mixing is a mess, when doing a voice over, please make it so the music doesn't make your voice difficult to actually listen to at 2X speed, it doesn't cost you anything to ensure your content is consumable a wider variety of persons. just make your voice audio like 5-10% louder.

    Bro… 1. Your music is way too loud. What kind of steel? 2. Get a damn hammer! I’ve warped plenty of steel and hammered that junk out. 3. Great design skills
