This is how we make traditional nonveg biryani. Thats wat is called Dum Biryani. Very nicely explained too.
If at all I hv to make one criticism, it wud be the amount of oil used. If in any way one can reduce the amount of oil used in the making of biryani, it wud be a nice n healthy dish.
But I really liked the way she did the dish, unlike the make-shift biryanis that many hotels and chefs do nowadays.
