FILM DESCRIPTION:
Diana Prince lives quietly among mortals in the vibrant, sleek 1980s -- an era of excess driven by the pursuit of having it all. Though she's come into her full powers, she maintains a low profile by curating ancient artifacts, and only performing heroic acts incognito. This armor purely existed for a good visual only for it to be destroyed in the next scene because it’s not very practical in a fight.
0:00 - 0:42 was honestly the best moment of this scene. The sound of whatever weapon name the soldier fired at 0:42 was so epic.

@@danielhaire6677that’s not a grenade launcher, grenades are too heavy and they’d either explode in the sky or sink rapidly, it’s an automated 20mm cannon gun turret, like the phalanx used on naval military ships.
I’m mad that the score at 0:34 and 2:52 made it sound like she was gonna have the best fight scenes ever

It really pisses me off that even after the delays, they didn't use the extra time to improve Cheetah's CGI.
Cheetah's CGI was not the problem.
It was at least better than cats
It isn't the CGI, The plot and casting of Kristen Wig is not a good combination. She shines as a comedian, not a villain character with no jokes.

Unfortuntately, special effects in that movie left a lot to be desired. Even Diana's true powers were so underrated thanks to a dumb magic stone. Also, she could easily fight Cheetah WITHOUT her eagle armor once she had just recovered her powers but movie writers don't read comics. Let's hope they can do something way better in Wonder Woman 3.
Power rangers had better practical effects.
WW3 should portray her as a god, fighting armies, Amazons, bigger villains, bigger threats. 15min opening action scene,, 30min closing fight scene ⚔️
As a fan and a movie viewer, I would like to see a scene where the audience roots and claps at WW for every blow She gives the enemy. like that of Capt America lifting the mjölnir to fight Thanos. We dont see scenes like that in DC Movies where made part in redeeming the weakened hero into getting back on her feet to finish her fight. ⚡️🙋🏻♀️⚔️
I’m pretty sure she’s gonna go toe to toe with Cheetah again and face off Circe and I hope she does to show people that Wonder Woman is resistant to magic

Not really. This movie just required compassion, not violence. Also, Cheetah has always been able to match Diana in strength and speed, ever since her first appearance
@@violetrose674 Thats not the issue, the issue is the fight choreography. Diana never needed the armor to battle Cheetah they shouldve been ferociously exchanging blows like theres no tomorrow, not Diana hiding behind the armors wings, jumping away, swingining away from Cheetah, it makes her look weak and cowardly.

Wonder Woman looks kinda cool in that golden armor. The Cheetah design just creeps me out. If I saw this version of cheetah in my house I would shoot it 10 times
Man. Idk about everyone else, but that armor seemed like a huge hindrance that was overly relied upon, only to get torn up because it's apparently made of aluminum. Really glad I haven't seen this movie.

Cheetah's wish was to be stronger than Wonder Woman, so as Wonder Woman is fast and strong, Cheetah wish grants her into a stronger version. That's why she turned into a literal cheetah.

People underestimate how dangerous Cheetah is. She's faster then Diana and she's almost as strong and w her claws out (they cut like magic) she's 100% capable of killing Divine beings like Wonder Woman. That being said...Hawkgirl would NOT be happy seeing Diana in this suit.

Why does she need wings when she can already fly?
It’s part of the costume
She can’t fly, but can glide and leap high and far. If she could fly, she wouldn’t need an invisible jet, and could’ve just flown up to deal with Cheetah in this move than swinging around. That or she has weak flight stamina

It seems to me that Diana felt that cheetah was a strong foe. She spends the first minutes escaping from cheetah to get her tired. That’s why the wings shield is the turning point of the battle.
I think cheetah is the one that gives her the most grief in the comics. It makes sense they’d have it play out like this.

She can't just simply "slice his head off" if he's 1) far faster than her and 2) *infinitely* more powerful than she is as well invulnerable to a majority of her weapons as he clearly demonstrated. Meanwhile, all *he* had to do was simply incinerate her with his heat vision and there, *that's* the end of the movie lol.
So don't *you* sit up there and act like Kal-El/Clark doesn't have a murderous side to him either.

I love the armor and its design but i find it not realistic enough coz its wings is stiff as a board, look how a roaster fights you can see its wings manuevering, open and close depending on what move it does, in this clip Diana pole slide when she was push back but the wings didnt open or manuever when she did that slide back, + when she jumps the wings dont open much, roasters when jumping while in a fight opens its wings, the opening of wings depends on how much air time it needs, if it just what to jump it can open its wings but without air time more like to balance, just like casual humans or a child when jumping unconciously our hands expands like wings for balance or something, athletes dont do this coz they're trained, anyway dc should make movements more on wings like a roaster, trust me it will be much epic if thats how it works in this fight

The armor is very much inspired by a japanese manga/anime of the 80s called Saint Seiya.

How were we supposed to believe that Diana and Barbara are that evenly matched after Diana killed a GOD in the first movie??? WW84 could have been so good, but it just.....wasn't. Patty Jenkins didn't just drop the ball, she punted it.
Barbara wished to be just like Diana which included her power levels. So Barbara basically gained WW speed, strength and combat abilities.
This one was so bad... I couldn't even get through it... The first one was really good.. It's ashame

Waste of golden armor, she didn't need it to fight cheetah
I loved the golden armor that Wonder Woman wore, but the design and CGI for Cheetah looked awful.

I never understood the need for this armor.
That armor always felt a bit... weak. Her normal shield or sword felt much more resilient, while this is rather cheaply made. Probably Chinese armor? It might have been good if they had used better materials, like whatever their version of Mithril or Vibranium is -- probably the same stuff her shield or bracelets are made from.
That armor is 90% for showing off and 10% for actual armor. I mean, combat heels? Barely movable torso? Crotch-plate attached to upper torso armor? The last one is just begging to hurt the wearer in all the wrong places.
Movie released during covid and a rushed script this could have been better only few scenes I like but still terrible
It would be great if she wore this armour throughout the first half of the movie since she’s getting weaker. Wasted to show off this beautiful armour just for a short period of time.
I've been waiting for some clips to remind how awful this movie was. In this scene, aside from being able to flap the metal wings, they would have sliced right through the first couple of soldiers and not only pushed them aside.
