    생 딸기를 듬뿍 썰어 넣어 향긋함이 가득한 딸기 무스케이크를 만들었어요~
    딸기가 빨간색이여서 하트틀과 잘 어울릴 것 같아 만들어 보았는데, 강렬한 빨간색이 하트모양과 정말 잘 어울리는 것 같아요~^^
    아래쪽은 우유 베이스에 바닐라빈 페이스트를 넣고 만들어 보들보들하고 애기애기한 부드러운 맛의 무스에요~
    시트는 로투스를 사용했는데 풍미가 좋아서 개인적으로 다이제나 통밀 쿠키보다 맛있는 것 같아요~
    윗층에는 딸기가 많아 상큼한 맛이 입맛을 사로잡아 맛있더라구요~*^^*

      어제 발렌타인데이라 보고 똑같이 만들어서 선물했어요! 근데 저는.. 쿠키부분이 자꾸부셔져서..ㅠㅠ 꽝꽝얼리다가 빼서그런가요..ㅠㅠ 남친이회사들구가서먹는데 엄청맛있다고 하더라구용!

    I dont just love these because they look cool but because its actually ASMR and you have directions while making a satisfying video. Wellllll... Maybe mainly because it looks super pretty and cool but its also creative!

    진한 빨간색인게 넘 예뻐고 먹음직스러워요♥밑에 시트를 로투스로 해서 커피맛이나서 위에 우유무스와 잘 어울릴것같아요~위에 딸기가 많아서 상큼달콤 맜있겠어요 ㅎㅎ 오늘도 잘보고가요!

      로투스는 다이제나, 비스킷류의 쿠키로 대체하시면 될 것 같아요~^^
      바닐라빈 페이스트는 바닐라 익스트랙으로 대체해 만드시면 됩니다~
      퓌레는 딸기와 설탕을 넣고 끓이다가 레몬즙을 살짝 넣고 걸쭉해질 때까지 끓인 후 식혀 사용하시면 됩니다~ 딸기와 설탕 비율은 과일 당도에 맞춰 조절해주시면 되는데 저는 딸기 3 : 설탕 1 정도의 비율로 만들어 사용했어요~*^^*

      hellooo, you just have to boil the strawberries and sugar and add a little lemon juice (optional) until it thickens and that's it .
      Same process for all types of fruits😉
