    딸기가 듬뿍 들어가 딸기 향이 가득한 노오븐 딸기 크림치즈 무스케이크를 만들었어요!
    딸기 퓌레를 만들어 젤리에도 무스에도 장식에도 사용해서 정말 딸기 딸기한 케이크가 된 것 같아요~
    젤리층을 퓌레로만 굳히면 너무 달것 같아서 우유를 조금 섞어 굳혔는데 젤리의 색을 더 빨갛게 하고 싶으시면 우유를 빼고 만드셔도 좋을 것 같아요~^^
    로투스 비스킷과 견과류를 섞어 시트를 만들었는데 로투스 맛이 생각보다 많이 나서 로투스를 좋아하시는 분들은 더 맛있게 드실 수 있답니다~
    시트는 다양하게 다이제나 오레오를 사용하셔도 좋을 것 같아요~
    위에 올린 퓌레와 딸기가 빨갛게 예뻐서 먹음직스러워 보이네요~*^^*

      hi!! Did you use the same measurements? I dont have a scale, only measuring cups and its a major pain to get the right measurements with what i have! Any advice(That doesnt involve me buying a scale lol)

    이거 영상 소리 완전 크게 해놓고 보면 먹을 때 씹는 소리까지 아주 잘 들림. 이분 영상은 매번 볼때마다 날 침흘리게 만든단 말이야..ㅠ 계속 보니까 내심 느끼는건데 나중에 잘때 꿈에도 이 영상 나와서 아침에 깨보면 입가에 침이 말라서 얼굴에 하얗게 굳어있겠지..? 딱지같이...ㅠ

    1. Cut strawberries into cubes and put it in a saucepan with sugar, boil over low heat, and when it becomes slightly thick, add lemon juice and boil a little more, then remove from fire.
    2. Add warm milk to warm strawberry puree, mix gelatin soaked in cold water for more than 10 minutes, pour it into a 12 cm mold and harden for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
    3. Mix crushed rotus biscuit with chopped nuts and melted unsalted butter, lay on a 15cm bottom and place in the refrigerator.
    4. Gently loosen the cream cheese, add plain yogurt, vanilla extract, and chilled strawberry puree.
    5. Remove the gelatin soaked in cold water for more than 10 minutes, melt it in a microwave oven for 10 seconds, add it to a mousse, mix, and add 50-60% whipped fresh cream.
    6. Pour some mousse into the mold, harden for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator, raise the jelly and put it in the middle, add all the remaining mousse and harden for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
    7. Decorate with remaining strawberry puree, small-cut strawberry, and apple mint.

    정말 딸기딸기한게 예뻐요~요즘 딸기가 들어간 디저트 만드실때 위에 장식로 딸기를 자잔하게 잘라서 많이 하는것같은데 좀더 예뻐보이는것 같아요♡또 위에 퓌레도 함께 데코에 사용하니 색도 예뻐지고!맛도 더해지고!오늘도 색이 정말 예쁘게 나왔네요^^핑크핑크 한게 산뜻해요~또 중간에 퓌레가 젤리같아서 식감도 색다를것 같아요~밑에 로투스와 견과루를 섞어서 시트를 했는데 커피와 딸기가 잘어울릴것 같아요~견과루가 고소할것같기도하고(저 로투스 좋아해요 ㅋㅋ)영상 자주 올려주셔서 좋네요!잘보고가요~

    Hi, I always admire your baking videos and it’s easy to follow too! But I’m always confused with your ‘No bake’ videos because the measurements of the gelatin sheets is always in small quantity and I don’t have any kitchen scale that can measure anything less than 10gram. So how many grams is 1 gelatin sheet?

    오늘은 딸기 무스케익이네요! 요즘 딸기가 끝물이라 조금 싸졌는데 이때를 틈타 빨리 딸기베이킹을 많이 해봐야겠어요!
    로투스 쿠키 참 맛있죠~고소하고 약간 모카향?도 나고요. 노오븐 무스케이크 베이스로 잘 어울리는 쿠키인 것 같아요^^ 오늘 케이크의 무스반죽은 전체적으로 약간 연한 색이라서 위에 장식으로 올리신 진한 색의 딸기퓌레가 포인트가 되는 것 같아요! 이번 케이크도 장식이 참 예쁘네요~영상 잘 봤어요!
    p.s. 더보기 설명란에 영어로 재료가 표기되어있는 부분에 작은 오류가 있더라고요~견과류 양이 20g인데 25g으로 표기되어있었어요! 수정 하셔야 될 것 같아요😉

    Do I need chill the cheesecake to harden the mousse before and after putting the jelly or put in the freezer? How do I remove the acetate cake wrap if I do not use a mousse ring without the mousse sticking to the acetate wrap?

    Please enlighten me. Why have you selected Lotus Biscoff for this recipe? I've noticed that excellent cheesecakes and mousse cakes have the base crust made from that particular cookie. It is not one readily available ingredient around.

    so, the strawberry -sugar in the first step is devided into three parts. There are 100gr, 150gr and the remains which is to decorate the cake
