That’s why I the title of the video is what *I* do not do. If I stop and journal or ignore or distract, but I’m actually hungry, it gets way worse. That doesn’t work for me unless I’m snacking on an apple WHILE journaling. I know if I’m feeling a craving of any kind I likely need to nourish myself.
