    I love morroco method but keep in mind when ordering no exchanges or returns ..the only thing I do not like about them. I needed to exchange an item I Accidentally ordered (confused formulas) ..unopened …but no exchanges .

    Happy Holidays! Can you talk about peri menopause are you taking HRT? What’s your protein level. I would appreciate if you shine your wisdom to me, cause what I see men more thriving on fully raw not women. Thank you

      No HRT here at this time and I don’t have really any symptoms. I do take raw nava powder a few times a month but I’m not regular with it. Protein level is usually 60-85 grams a day from all the food I eat. Which my RDA is 46 grams so I’m not worried at all. When you eat enough from a good variety, it’s pretty easy. I don’t focus on “protein” rich foods, I just eat food. I eat around 2400 cals a day, might change if I notice my body chancing but so far nothing really to note.
      As for women not thriving as much - women tend to do really restrictive things (men too but many times confident influencer men usually convince women to do it too) like intermittent fasting, long fasting, eating less, zero fats, etc and of course it’s really hard to thrive when you’re restricting. I personally do not do cleanses (our bodies detox 24/7 so I don’t need to do anything special to cleanse) or fasting (except when I’m asleep at night haha!) and I eat adequate calories with an appropriate amount of fats. I also wear a lot more variety than many raw foodies do like inulin rich foods, cruciferous, sprouted lentils, greens etc - I’m not just high fruit. I prefer balance and it’s really balanced me. I couldn’t imagine doing it any other way since I’ve been doing so well without for over a decade now. So far so good!!! 😊
