    Hello Susana, I love your videos!!!! could you please do a no jump standing video on how to get rid of excess water weight please, I really need help with this before I can get fitter and healthier. I want to get a better figure but most of all I want to and need to get healthier and fitter not just for myself, but for my husband and my two stepsons. Also could you do a no jump, standing video for getting rid of extra weight around the ribs and the area of the stomach below the ribs. Thank you.
