I'm not at all here for suffering. I just am here because this is one of the most unique situations you can be in, in EU4, and I want to see how it could play out. I also support any video continuing a playthrough because man am I tired of seeing just the first 50 - 100 years of EU4.
I want to see more than the first 50-100 years but it gets boring if your country gets to the point of being runaway strong which many decent players can do, even with OPMs. I think if we were going to see some kind of longer playthroughs you need special sorts of challenges / conditions like this.
It's great that they added Norse, but I hope this isn't the last of it and that there will be more added. It would be really odd if they didn't add Romuva considering it was very alive by 1444 across the Baltics

Weirdly enough this also applies to greenland, where it is in north america, but still allows south american colonial nations yet to move from greenland to east coast you need to first move to a state in - well probably africa. And make high technology reduce the chance of getting that event.
Ok, hear me out: When you, as a Norse faith, Scandinavian culture country, get 90% religious unity, an event can fire, that gives you Norse culture. Which is the only legitimate way in the game to get a culture form the ,,Lost Cultures'' group. So, really, it would just be a waste not to form the Mughals, so you can get the Diwan effect for this most ellusive of culture groups. Eh?
Other nations has trade power because of downstream. If a country has high trade power in a trade node, that country can influence the trade node before. Carribiens node a little bit sucks for you because English Channel, Sevilla, and France can get too much trade power with trade centres and buildings.
If you continue the campaign, remember that you can convert the tribes via wat because they're heretics. If you fight a confederacy and can't annaex someone, just convert them

Pdx has a new policy of not adding new religions to the game (the Australian one kinda pointless imo)

Norse has been in the game since at least Conquest of Paradise DLC when you could find it in Fantasy Random New World Maps
