Not trying to be rude I am more curious then anything so can anyone tell me why during the chapter titled oreo cheesecake when all the four different types of cake were done baking which based on what I saw being added to the mixer first were not cheesecake considering unless I saw incorrect the first ingredient that they added to the bowl of the mixer wasn’t cream cheese but butter and unless I am blind then they never added any cream cheese but they did add a pretty decent amount of whipped egg white and due to my knowledge and the internet I am pretty sure that the filling of a cheese cake is a type of baked custard containing eggs with little to no separation of the egg white and yolk but after all the not cheesecake came out of the oven the tops of all of them looked a bit under risen and somehow also burnt can someone explain to me why the tops all looks burnt and the middle also looks kinda like someone decided to cut a shallow sinkhole into the surface of the cakes as normally a cake domes up and usually when a cheesecake is fully set while it does usually dome a bit downward it’s not also burnt and it’s also not very significant
Nutella sollte man nun wirklich nicht verwenden, schlimmer geht kaum noch und ganz besonders sollte man Nestlé nicht unterstützen! Lieber Schoko - Creme selbst machen, ist nun wirklich nicht schwer.
