My mom brought home a chick one day and we raised it for a while. It was so cute, we stopped eating chicken meat for sometime, even after releasing the chick.

Some people are adverse to frozen meat but once they tried and and got used to it, they may not buy fresh meat again, even if available again in the future.
I think the impossible meat (beef) has lots of oil as when I tried to make beef shepherds pie or lasagna, I did not have to add too much oil to saute the meat and after cutting through after baking, the amount of sauce/oil is quite a lot but taste-wise, you can't tell the difference from the real minced beef. Real meat tends to be drier unless you make more sauce before baking.
About the best fried chicken, I feel the crew has forgotten or have not tried Chic-a-boo. They put most other chicken places to shame. Plus you can choose your sides and all for under S$10. solid 5/5
$4.90 chicken are marketing fees for the grocer (lose $$$), but they attract you with the chicken and know that you will end up shopping around for more things and that's where they earn from you
Agree with the inhumane practices of animal factories E.g forcing the animal to breed again and again to keep up with supply. Wish there was a better way

How can I check Frozen Chicken with no expiry date at the store? Lol.
Chicken can cause to 5 days to turn smell terrible and rotten.
I just check my whole frozen chicken and chicken wings, there is expiry date.
