However, if we buy the right layout such as the 3br, which in my video I shared is the sweet spot, who do you think are the future buyers of such properties? That's Singaporean families, probably with kids who will go to Primary Schools? My sample size might be small, but in my years in property, I have not met a Singaporean family who will move to JB and make their kids travel to SG for school! I think if anything, the RTS will benefit JB property prices upwards, rather than place downward pressure on Woodlands properties. Hope this makes senses to you!
