Name is misleading. Location is upper bt timah or beauty world, not Bukit Tmah. There is a world of diff between BtTimah & Upp BT timah! Insane buying at ave $2500psf. I rather buy 1yr Stirling Residence at $2400psf at Queenstown. Or other newer resale units at Queenstown or Redhill. Sorry, Beauty World is rather ulu. I know cos I used to stay nearby. If buying for rental it will not be high compared to Queenstown Redhill.

I can't see beauty world have same location value as Queenstown Redhill. Imo ave $2500psf is too high for Beauty World. If buying for leasing, return will not be as good. Better option would be near town The Arcady. Just 3min walk fr Boon keng mrt. Almost similar size devt. Freehold & similar ave $2500 psf
