Hey Chloe and Trey! Just watched your Tokyo adventures on a budget and it was super cool. Keep it up, love your work and efforts you put into your videos !
Yay! If you want to do the bicycle food tour (highly recommend, best way to see the city) we have it in a blog post here: thefroggyadventures.com/tokyo-bicycle-food-tour/
BRUHHH that was one of our first stops lmao, we walked around the the daytime and went searching for hosts. We found a couple!!!! Crazy place lol. My obsession with host culture lasted a few weeks after that -Chloe
Did you have to register and pay for a membership in order to make use of this internet cafe facilities? If you did not have to register was there different rates for members and non members ?
Hey Chloe & Trey 👋🏻 i was Googling for real budget in TYO since im heading there next week. Possible to share the name & location of your budget for a solo traveler at 13:52?😃 Thanks.
Happy to share! Were in Japan right now too and tried to book that room but its more than double the price due to high season 😅. We've been booking at internet cafes now when in tokyo, can get VIP room for $40 usd/night or as solo female it will be less $$, we recommend booking the ladies only room cause you have special bathroom and powder room. Its not the most comfortable but if you plan on staying a while you can buy blankets and pillows but the furo is hard haha. www.booking.com/Share-6HH4Xt
@@joycetan4684 yeah tokyo stays are not budget friendly during the spring unless you book well ahead 😅😭 we still have to book our tokyo stay im thinking it will prob be internet cafe 😅😅
@@joycetan4684 can! They have showers! And some people actually netcafes. But you need to be a member to use the internet/tv which we dont need. Google "netroom" 🙌

Great sharing guys! But why avoid cycling in the park as you've mentioned in your vlog?? 🤔🤔
@@joycetan4684 unfortunately many parks in Tokyo do not allow cycling in them. Have the best Japan trip. Maybe well see you around 🙌
@@chloeandtrey Ahhh ok now I understand...we used to cycle 🚲 in the park here but not in Japan! 👍🏻 Yeah! Prolly might bump into U guys.. 🤪

Liked comment and subscribed lol
Thank you!! ❤️❤️❤️🫡 will report on more hehehe
Awesome adventure. Watching the previous vids too.
Aww TY! Haha tbh previous vids we didn't know what we were doing but we are working harder from now on! 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Hey Chloe and Trey, I love your adventures in Tokyo. But is that worth it to buy trein tickets one way in Tokyo instead of use JR pass?
Generally, the JR Pass is not a good deal for most people. We prefer buying one-way tickets or using an IC card so we're not limited to the JR routes.
Thanks for the kind words too! 🫶
I thought you had 320k subs and was about to leave .....
Had to hit subscribe when I saw it was just 320. GL !
Thanks for the well wishes! 🫶
And sub! 🫶🫶
Famichiki FTW!

It’s good.

We did not register for the internet cafe that we went to in the video. We don't recall there being different rates for members vs non members
Y’all are so underrated
Thank you, that made us feel special 🥰. Please look forward to our future adventures 😍

$128 a day? is not a low budget that is your budget!!!! whent you make low budget video of 50 a day then i'll be back
Total breakdown cost is in the end. We spent a total of $255 USD for 3 days, that's $42.50/person a day.
I can eat on a week with that budget in Japan...2 meals a day..NO 7-11
