@@samurai_junjiro no I haven’t I really don’t like new build areas I want that old original japan feel!! But I will check it out one of these days just no hurry for that I feel ✌🏻
Awwwww! It was so great to see some of the places again! I actually stayed at Tokyo LA Vista Bay in May 2023 when I visited Tokyo last time! From my window, we saw Senkyaku Banrai bring built, and I thought "What will that be"? I am less than 3 months away from going this year back to Japan for 2 weeks! Cannot wait! As always... arigatoo ❤😄
Thanks for the video! It made me really hungry 😂 I am so excited to be in Japan soon enjoying all the amazing things and foods it has to offer 😄 if you don't already you both should offer tours I bet you would be very good at it !
My friends and I were in Tokyo last year and we went to Toyusu and then Team Labs and then walked all the way to Tsukiji market. Unfortunately we got to Tsukiji market pretty late so very few shops were open, so we went back the next morning.
@@samurai_junjiro I’ll be there for few days towards end of December after my Vietnam trip. I’ll definitely go to Tsukiji early in the morning. Thank you!
Almost a month ago, I watched a night walk POV in Toyosu, and the area was beautiful cause at the park where the gentleman stopped overlooking the rainbow bridge. But your video has brought me to different sides of Toyosu, food especially. Nice one. Really appreciate your posting of this video. Thank you.🙏
Another great vídeo, i really enjoy watching your channel, in the city of São Paulo, we have the Liberty Neighborhood, a neighborhood created by Japanese immigrants in the 1910s, and during the weekends there special market, the vendors has the habit to mix Brazilian and Japanese food.
Excellent video!!! 👍👍👍 Japan offers luxurious and delicious street food. If I visit there, I'll have to limit myself to only staying for a couple of days. If not, I'll keep eating and spending until I'm broke.
Thank you so much for your videos, I watched many of them and the content is amazing! I'm revisiting Japan in a few weeks and I can't wait to try out what you recommended :)
Glad to see more reasonable price options in touristy areas. I was curious to try A5 Wagyu on a stick which cost ¥3000 but that shop didn’t have Uni on top 😅
I used to wake up at 3am to go to Tsukiji in the old location, then waited in line for two hours to eat at Sushi Dai. I haven't been back to Japan since 2009. Is Sushi Dai still in business? I want to visit it again when i go japan in the future.

Sounds great! If you like seafood, we recommend checking out Tsukiji or Toyosu!

That's too bad… If you come to Japan again, try going to Tsukiji early in the morning :)

@@samurai_junjiro I got here at 10:15 and didn’t have to wait too long. But now it is crowded since the fish cutting is about to start 😅
Oh I forgot it is obon holiday 🥲 still happy with the food though!

very good
Thank you!!
I like how you give directions how to get to these places. Do these shops accept credit cards or cash only?
Thank you! It depends on the store, but some places only accept cash :(

Sea urchin and wagyu are both luxury ingredients, and although I'd never had them together before, they were delicious!
Thanks for making this video! Would you happen to know what kind of soy sauce is used by Maguroya Kurogin?
I’m not sure of the details, but it seemed like there was a hint of sweetness as well :)
Sad to hear Tsukiji fish market is closed on Sunday and Wednesday… my only days I have open
There are some shops that are open on Wednesdays and Sundays, but they are fewer compared to other days...
There is city daily tour guy at The la vista Tokyo bay hotel ? Thank you
I've been to that hotel, but I'm not sure about that. Sorry :(
11:08 Aki Dearest spotted. 😅

You woke up early! I’m not familiar with Sushi Dai, but since there are so many places in Tsukiji, I’m sure you’ll find a spot you like!
