sir it has been around 2 years we have received the possession. but there is leakage in more than 50% of the flats and builder is saying 'since he has given oc he will not repair those leakages' can we file rera complaint in above case please ?
Hi Sir, thanks for making this video on latest maharera updates in covid situation. I need your opinion on my view... I booked flat on june-2018 and possession was june-2020 as per register agreement. but builder already extended possession by Dec-2021. (I can consider 6 month extention because of covid) but builder has to given flat at least Dec-2020. What should I do. Kindly let me know..Shall I go to maharera for complaint or else wait 6 months and then fill complaint in maharera.
Parag sir, what about those buyer who will not give consent to the builder for RERA extension under section 7 (3). Can these buyer claim compensation for delayed in possession as per their agreement date?
@@tanishq1493 for the same you may refer to the notification given by maharera in the month of march whereby only 6 months extension is granted RERA due to covid
Sir could u tell me. Rera complition date expire June 2019. But builder not obtain occupation certificate and convenience Also not form society. And not givin posession..if builder take extension in the project 51 percent buyers give consente but other buyers not givin consent and file rera complain so what action take rera..pls helo me thanks

in our opinion yes since under section 14 the structural liability of the developer is upto 5 years from the OC date

Which documents required for extension of rera project registration
Sir , agr builder ne extension le lia hai ...to uss case me bhi use buyer ko interest dena pdega on delay completion/ possession ?
agar agreement mein jo date hai wo lapse ho gaya hai then developer has to pay delay compensation irrespective of whether extension taken or not
