    informative video , having said if there is a example to state it will be of greater help. Such as the developer does not complete the project as per RERA deadline , has not come up with compensation as mentioned in the agreement and writes to the allotees seeking their consent for an extension of another 6 months... in such a scenario how should the allottees react on two aspects 1) compensation . a) How much should be compensation b) Can an allottee demand monthly compensation to start with immediate effect and is the developer required to oblige ... if they insist that it will be adjusted on final payment ... how should the allottee react . c) what should the consent letter sent by the developer contain and who in the developer has to sign it , (they are getting the CRM to write it) d ) should it be on a stamp paper e) what the points that the allottee should ensure is in the consent letter before they sign it.

    sir it has been around 2 years we have received the possession. but there is leakage in more than 50% of the flats and builder is saying 'since he has given oc he will not repair those leakages' can we file rera complaint in above case please ?

      in our opinion yes since under section 14 the structural liability of the developer is upto 5 years from the OC date

    Builder taking disadvantages keep project work on hold asking money from buyer and dumping in other project. Useless for buyers.

    Ek baar builder ne 2 saal ka extension liya. kiya Builder 2nd time fir extension le sakta hai? Agar buyers fir se consult dene ready ho gaye to builder ko extension milega aisa provision mein hai.?

    Parag sir, what about those buyer who will not give consent to the builder for RERA extension under section 7 (3). Can these buyer claim compensation for delayed in possession as per their agreement date?

      those buyers who have not given their consent can file a complaint in rera and can get the compensation as per the law

      sir generally it takes approximately 15 days for the new certificate as per current scenario

      agar agreement mein jo date hai wo lapse ho gaya hai then developer has to pay delay compensation irrespective of whether extension taken or not

    Sir could u tell me. Rera complition date expire June 2019. But builder not obtain occupation certificate and convenience Also not form society. And not givin posession..if builder take extension in the project 51 percent buyers give consente but other buyers not givin consent and file rera complain so what action take rera..pls helo me thanks

      if you want the name of your propreitary firm on the certificate in that situation you will have to register as other than an individual on maharera website.

    Hi Sir, thanks for making this video on latest maharera updates in covid situation. I need your opinion on my view... I booked flat on june-2018 and possession was june-2020 as per register agreement. but builder already extended possession by Dec-2021. (I can consider 6 month extention because of covid) but builder has to given flat at least Dec-2020. What should I do. Kindly let me know..Shall I go to maharera for complaint or else wait 6 months and then fill complaint in maharera.
