I’m not a mechanic so I apologize in advance if I don’t sound the smartest but I have a leak in the bottom of my radiator I just see it dripping green coolant through the plastic could it be a bad one of these? Someone help please

I have an issue. Brand new bolts. You already did this on this engine. The dirty rust laden engine with brand new bolts. Weird.
