I dont think Ryu will replace Ken but he probably earned a spot in people's fighter pool because of his changes

No, having a permanent level 4 buff is cringe. Straight to the top tiers he would go
If they do that he should be just like g from sf5 where he loses a lvl each time he is knocked down
I think the best solution for jamie imo is if u manage to reach lvl4 in the first round
Only 1 level should carry over to round 2
So you start the round with access to lvl1 drink
