Ed to me is simple to buff, make his L dp faster but not let him joogle and make his M dp a bit faster so it can sort of replace his previous L dp joogle. 2nd change, make his lv1 n 3 faster only during combos so it follows the philosophy about eds slow reversals. Last change, make his standing and low punch reach further. Thats it, easy and fair according to campcoms philosophy.
