Hey Marlon. So a villa is like a duplex. 😂. You just said it. Duplex. Honestly. Don’t like the color or the front elevation ( looks like a Barndominium) but let’s see inside. Don’t really care for the kitchen in the front but it’s a nice open concept. Kitchen and laundry a smidge small. Good size pantry. Didn’t realize there was an upstairs. Thought single story. Nice size guest bedroom and bathroom. Wow. A lot of stairs. Nice loft area. Nice 2nd bath and bedroom. Oh. So the primary on the 1st floor? Spacious living room. Covered lanai. Large yard. Is a pool allowed? Private set back primary entry. Good size. En-suite a little small but enough. Good size closet and linen closet. Marlon. The staging with the pastel green and teal is soft and inviting. This was really really nice that I could bypass the exterior color or change it. $400 ish ? Large garage and long paved driveway. I’m impressed. And yes. Upstairs would be perfect for a youngen. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
half duplex and yes i believe a pool is allowed. Would be in the low $400's with the upgrades as well over here in clermont. This is a good option for a starter home or someone looking to downsize and not have to worry about outside maintenance and needs the primary bedroom downstairs. Glad you like it! Villas are perfect if you can purchase both sides and you have a mother in law. Can you short term airbnb there?
Yeah would be perfect to get both sides! No short term rentals in this neighborhood unfortunately.
