Two things I did not like was the shower surround, and what were the floors made of. And can you get this house built else where in Florida? What about wall ovens and counter top ranges?

Great question!!!! Unfortunately for this neighborhood there isn't an option for gas. There are some things you can do to add gas to the property ( burying a tank) but imo it's not always worth it. Better off buying something in neighborhood with gas already established.

When you hire an agent like myself as a buyer's agent we both sign a legal agreement that ensures that you get full fudiciary representation on your purchase no matter the seller! I would forego one of those sinks in the hall bathroom to give the bedroom further in more space.
