only tried frame generation in the witcher 3 and darktide... i didnt notice any weird artifacts or latency i think its worth it

I was also suprised on my 4070, I heard all these bad things about FG, and was sceptical when first trying it out, but it's "free" fps of high quality, and I haven't noticed anything distracting on the games I tried it on (Witcher 3/Cyberpunk/Hogwarts legacy). Amazing technology tbh.

@@andersbjorkman8666 exactly, it is too much of dumb haters of this technology, and current big reviewers blatantly skip it when reviewing games with its support.

Hey, I'm actually watching this video because I want to upgrade my PC for a better Darktide experience.
Wondering what your build is like, what frames you get and what resolution/settings you use!

    Game changer.
Witcher 3 at a great experienced maxxed. Cyberpunk especially as well. These games are just way to demanding for native and even upscalers alone. Maybe in 2 generations of new cards yes we can do it ..but right now and moving forward this stuff is a game changer

Well you are kinda right but i mean 120fps is better than 60fps even though 60fps is still good

Is good in a scenario where you already have a very high frame rate + high refresh monitor + reflex and dlss and the latency will be good anyway , I think for some games is very useful for other not , but it’s a great feature

It doubles the fps only when gpu utilization is way under 100%. You see it in your video. In witcher and plague it does very little because gpu is maxed out.

I have a Nvidia card that has frame generation. I tried it in a few game such as Cyber Punk 2077 and I like it a lot. It smooths the image on the screen, so it looks very good, as well as increasing fps about 50 percent higher. As everyone should know, it should not be used in competitive shooters, because you do not want anything affecting latency. But is 1st or 3rd person games, I feel is is great. Get a demo or a game and try it yourself. I thought frame generation was maybe a gimmick until I tried it myself, but I found that I like it.

Frame generation looks like a gimmick until u play with it on games…….I am keeping it on on every game now😅.

I have the TUF 4070, i use FG on MSFS and it literally double the frames with an outstanding fluidity. Great technology!
