If you are unlucky enough to get an spd opportunity near the end of the timer (its about 30 frames long), it will run out halfway through your input and the game will drop your inputs. Its really stupid and i literally dropped hugo because of it. This moment was the exact situation i HATE. that hugo earned the spd, and likely the win for that round but... Bad programming decisions....

I don't think poison was slept on, people were calling her top 5 since usf4 launched iirc. I don't remember her getting any results, though.
