sent in my I -130 yesterday. my wife's an islander also 9 months is what we are hoping for also...sooner the better ofcourse. so it's a relief seeing yours done is 9 months
ya i've been told the nvc docs certain people get selected to upload their docs. seems like it's people whos cases are easy like they're not from a country like the middle east or mexico n places like that not from india etc. islanders seem to go thru upload system but not everyone
@@miguellira9903 the nebraska dep is working on Jan 14th 2019 cases so not yet at my OCt 9th 2019 case. they got delayed by 6 months :( with my calcs they'll get to Oct 2019 in 3-4 months if no other delays. so basically gonna be 1 year just to get i 130 done for a US citizen. sucks big time

We are not yet filing for the CR1 application but is CENOMAR one of the documents to be uploaded??? Our marriage of course is not registered in the Philippines. Kasi hndi na register yung marriage namin sa Philippines. Ok na ba ang marrigae license and cert namin from the US? Enough na ba yun? I really hope you can answe. Thank you.
We were also married in the US so we don't have a PSA copy since we also did not register our marriage in the Philippines. It is okay to submit your US marriage certificate, make sure you submit it na photocopy lang, wag submit yung original because they will ask for your original during your interview.

MrsSoliz Usa-ph they might still ask for your cenomar even if you’re married and cemar too :) I just got mine just in case since other applicants were asked to :)

Yes it is :) you don’t have to register it in the PH if you don’t want to but yes, it is a requirement

Hi sis. I got my visa in 2go. And it only contains of passport. Wala po ba tlga ibang document na ksama dun? Cr 1 visa.
