Hello. I am currently in Juarez right now because our interview is this Tuesday....I highly suggest you stay at IBIS or city Express junior... they are 5 min walking distance from the consulate and very inexpensive
Hi there, your video is really helpful but now I’m wondering why my wife is being told she doesn’t need the waiver. She also has her DACA and has had it since she was 16yrs old. Our attorney is saying she hasn’t had any unlawful time in the US since that doesn’t start until 18yrs old and her DACA has been current. I’d just hate to go to the interview then come to find out she needed the waiver. Any feed back on this would be appropriated.
Definitely consult with an attorney, I’m not 100% sure but can’t she do her change of status within the USA as she hasn’t accumulated any unlawful time. There was a situation with someone who had daca when it started and she left for her consular appointment without a waiver and was not able to come back for 10 years.
Wendy G my lawyer did in order to complete the applications we needed to send in but they didn’t ask me for any at my actual interview due to the fact that I was only a baby when I was brought into the U.S

Couldn’t help to notice you’re a Trump supporter. So now that you’re legal, and soon to be a citizen, and judging by your very conservative page, will you not feel bad voting for the people that would have kicked you out without any remorse? Not arguing, genuinely curious how that works out
Kari Lopez I do explain in one of my previous videos that I was brought to the U.S as a child. Therefore I had no say in the situation. Yes I am a Trump supporter and I have been very open about that regardless of the decisions he has made in the White House for this country even if it involves me voting for the people who would have kicked me out without any remorse. I have acknowledged from the start my illegal status wether I had a say so or not it was illegal and laws are laws and I respect that and what Trump is trying to do for the better of our country. Trump has said many of times he is all for us doing things the right way. The legal way and that is what I have strived to do since DACA was available for us.
Just like those children currently caged at the border, they had no say in this, but yet there they are. I just can’t wrap my head around former “illegals” now supporting him. But that’s your right ig. Felicidades
Kari Lopez at the end of the day he’s the president of the United States. I can’t wrap my head around Democrats allowing abortions of innocent children. All I can do as an individual is pray for my president. Pray for those families going through deportation. Pray for the Democrats making viscous decisions. It’s not in anyone’s hands but God’s. Ultimately his plan is greater and prophecy will be fulfilled. Until then all we can do is pray for the best.
Save the fetus, but starve them, cage them, and deny them health care when they are here? Dems are allowing women to CHOOSE, not forcing anyone to have the procedure. On the other hand, Republicans are forcing women that have been raped to keep the rapist’s child against their will, and still force them to allow this rapist to have rights over this child. It’s an endless debate, you and I can both have. We might never agree, but thank you for your input and nice video. Very informative.
Trump supporter heh First of all you want to say you had no say in being in this country illegally, but hey once you turned 18 and legally an adult you could’ve done the right thing and left to your birth country. Why didn’t you? Right, because the USA is where you grew up, this is where you would consider home, it’s a better life here etc etc etc... all those people currently at the border ARE DOING IT THE LEGAL WAY. Seeking asylum the correct way, but your very own Trump is caging them. That could’ve been you in that cage. Are you’re parents even legal yet? You know they smuggled you, that’s a 10 year bar from this country. Just for wanting to give you a better life. How can you support that? By the way, Democrats gave you DACA, Obama not trump

Which visa you mean please k1 visa or CR1?
Does everyone get the domestic violence and immigration rights paper or only the ones who are approved
Did they ask you for police clearance?
Wendy G my lawyer did in order to complete the applications we needed to send in but they didn’t ask me for any at my actual interview due to the fact that I was only a baby when I was brought into the U.S
Is the interview done with you and your spouse or just yourself ? Did you see any couples being interviewed together during the Interview ? Thank you & congratulations !! 🥰
Claudia Rosales it’s just by yourself. And no the only people interviewed together were cases where a parent was petitioning for a child. And thank you so much! I hope you will subscribe to my channel 😊
Hello do you need the original green paper they send you for the waiver approval notice for the interview ? Or is a copy okay ?
Mariah Lopez yes you do need the original
Hi! Would you mind telling me what lawyer you used? And how much did they charge? I’m currently working with a notary public because it was cheaper but she just takes so long to do everything. I have to constantly leave her voice mails and repeatedly send her emails in order for her to communicate with me .
My Immigrant Visa becomes documentarily qualified on Mar 31st, 2021. How much time will NVC take to contact to US Embassy/Consulate General for appointing the interview? Visa Category-F4(Brothers and Sisters of Adult U.S. Citizens)
Priority Date - 6 JUN 2006
Hi my spouses application was completed/qualified mid February of this year and we just got an email today that his appointment for the interview is going to be at the end of this month. So it is a 2-3 week notice only before the interview date.
Congrats, i have a question how old were you when you got your DACA.. im interested in asking because you dont accrue illegal stay in the u.s. until you are 18... but once you are on DACA you are not accruing illegal stay.. so thats why im asking you?
Mary Solis yes I explained this in several of my videos. I was over 18
@@mommykarennn yes, thank you for answering , i actually did follow some of your videos afterwards.. and did find that out .. thanks though for replying
So you didnt need the waiver if you had daca before your 18th birthday? So if you got daca when you were 15 yr then you dont need the I-160A?@MarySolis1234
India kerala My friend daughter nursing student one year completed u s Immigrant Visa application from What Visa?
Did they ask you how you work in the USA if you don't have work permit? And also any tax questions?
Yeah, that's the same question I have.
If she could answer it would be so helpful!!
I am retired and I do not work, can i apply through the fiance visa
401 k withdrawals or social security are income or just show you have the assets to support your fiance.
Did she ask how did you cross over? Or how old you were when you cross over?
Maria Muniz . I had my interview on March 4 & the agent did ask me what year i crossed over, who I came with (i answered with my aunt bc thats who i came with) she also asked if my parents send for me (I said yes) & if i lived with them when i got here (yes). ...
Fatima Castro thanks I appreciate your reply!
They make it so freaking difficult !!
Did your husband get interviewed?
Mary Lopez no he didn’t. It was only me 🙂
Going to ciudad juarez is very risky. Right?
Sergio Zamorano not really. We had a comfortable time there.
Not really we also had a pretty good time. my wife and I went to the mall almost every day and to Starbucks the only thing is that in Mexico everything opens late in the morning
Am happy for you
My lawyers sent i601a how long take to approve that
Antonio Ponce it took mine 9 months. Sent in August and received approval in May
End of April I mean.
mommykarennn okay 9 month. And how long to give you the interview in Ciudad Juarez
Antonio Ponce I actually received my interview first then my waiver. So I received it backwards. My interview came in within 7 months and the waiver within 8-9 months.
mommykarennn lol backwards. Is wird. I thought first the waiver and later interview
Will they have spanish speaking interviewees?
They ask you if you prefer in Spanish or English
When you gave them your new tax returns did you also give them a new I 864?
alfonso rodriguez no I don’t think so I just handed them the new tax returns and that was it.
I have my biometrics appointment next week how long after do I have to wait for my interview in Mexico?
you should receive it within 6 months (going off of my case)
@@mommykarennn thank you again!
A year
You needed a waiver even though you had DACA?
laura rolon unfortunately yes.
My notary told me that one exception to not do the waiver is if you had DACA before turning age 18. Which would mean you entered adulthood 18yrs being legal with daca. I didnt have to do it.
Daniela Rivera did you already do your juarez interview?? They didn’t ask you for it? I keep getting mixed answers on it lol some say you do some say you dont.
@@lizethdiaz8278 hey, yes i did go and i got my residency, they did not ask me for it, because i had daca before i turned 18. I did not need the police report either.
Daniela Rivera even the carta de antecedentes no penales? Or just the US police report??
If I’m petition my husband can I go in with him to the interview?
They don’t.
Did you go by yourself or did your husband go with you?
Danae gomez my husband and my girls went with me. They aren’t required to be there but we made it a family trip.
But did your husband went in the interview with you?
OR3O _K3VIN no. He didn’t.
Why are you nervous now
Couldn’t help to notice you’re a Trump supporter.
Trump supporter heh
First of all you want to say you had no say in being in this country illegally, but hey once you turned 18 and legally an adult you could’ve done the right thing and left to your birth country.
They change it up all the time it never remain the same, just saying
Hi just wanted to know if its possible to give out your lawyer number. I have a case going on for my brother since 2015!! I cant get info from my lawyer when i need to get a hold of her especially now with covid. Been waiting for juares appointment since last yr
How long did u stay. Out there for your visa
Sherry Contreras they asked for you transcripts
I have a video coming up next talking about this. I stayed for whole week but only because I stayed with family.
What is the waiver
Antonio Ponce I explained it in the video. It’s the I601A document.
From all the previous videos everyone says it doesn’t take more than 2hrs
Wow you waited too long
Ilovdance I was in the last group of the day. They had closed the facility to anyone else while I was still waiting for my interview
mommykarennn did you when on your own to all your appointments? how secure is the area ? Thank you
