Shinji bankai is useless in 1v1 fights, that why he didn't use it against aizen. Also, even if he did use it, his bankai abilities would also effect the soul reapers and vizoreds and they would just kill each other His bankai is powerful but it can only be used in certain situations
I mean there was also the other espadas there, not just aizen, but even if he told the other captains- I doubt his spiritual pressure would be high enough to affect aizen and the espadas

Shinji's Bankai is just PERFECTION but it's got a practical problem that makes it a BIG PROBLEM It doesn't differentiate between enemy and ally at all, meaning any allies next to him will start fighting amongst themselves AND him too. Had only Shinji gone to Fake Karakura Town instead of the rest of the Gotei 13, he could've ended Aizen AND all Espada there. But, during that time, literally EVERYONE wanted a piece of Aizen
Jettro for the Shinigami Age converted to human age is 1 to 10. For every 1 Shinigami year it's 10 Human years. So a 100 year old Shinigami is really a 10 year old in human years. Toshiro is like 130 years old so he's at most 13 while rangiku is around 200 - 230 years old so at most she's 23. So Rangiku dating Toshiro in our laws would be wrong by all means but since the Soul Society is based on the Edo Period in Japan that type of stuff was a cultural norm. Let's not forget the grunts in the Soul Society Arc that were coming onto Orihime when she was 15 - 16 years old. But to be honest I wouldn't be surprised if Toshiro and Rangiku end up dating way down the line somewhere.
Rukia only stated that she is 10x Ichigo's age and people have run with it. This shouldn't be taken literally for the depiction of shinigami and their ages. Multiple characters are over 1000 years old and don't even look like middle aged humans. From "turn back the pendulum", Byakuya looked like a teenager 110 years ago, and from the Soul Society arc, he has looked like his adult self for at least 50 years. We have seen Yamamoto, Kyoraku and Unohana 1000 years apart. Yamamoto looks like he has aged 30-40 years. Kyoraku goes from a small child to a middle aged man and Unohana appears to have not age a day.

Some people look 40+ when they're 20 which I've seen and some people 70+ look like they just turned 40 like a small few years ago. If anything we *should* take Rukia's words seriously bcus of the fact she's a Shinigami and we have yet to see anything in canon or hear from Kubo that states otherwise. With that 10x multiplier it at least gives us an accurate range of how it works, give or take an extra few years.
