    I finished the practice and started reading through the comments, and I realized we are such a great community, we seriously are all connected as Adriene always says. I have tears rolling because I feel like a part of something bigger. I am not alone. Thank you all for being here.

    Ok, I've got to share this. We're in the middle of the practice, in plank saying: I am strong. When all of a sudden thunder and lightning started. It was so loud! I really felt a bit like I just did that ;-). Then the rain started pouring down and i had the pauze the video because my attic window was wide open. but hey! that's at home yoga for ya! Thanks for this one Adriene.

    It's funny reading all the messages from years ago and realizing that they are still so relevant and relatable, and just sum up the way I'm feeling after this practice, in 2024. I struggle with self-doubt a lot lately, but this practice made me cry a little, made me laugh. It just had me in all the feels (like many others mentioned years earlier). It makes me feel so connected to everybody and less lonely. So thank you, Adriene, and this community. ❤

    *CREATIVE - day 74/365:*
    Came on to my mat after a quick cry, literally with tears still on my face. Self-doubt and low self-esteem is one of my current biggest struggles from my depression. Sometimes I wonder if I’ll ever get through it. I often feel lazy or weak because it’s so hard for me to find the motivation to do seemingly “easy” tasks. I can never commit to something and just do it. That’s why this yoga journey is so important to me. It’s the one commitment I’ve stuck with, and I hope it can remind me that I do have the strength within, I just need to figure out how to access it. Thank you, Adriene (for the 100th time).❤️ Namaste.🧘🏼‍♀️

I try to remind myself of a quote I hear often, "What if the people I've learned or benefited the most from, doubted themselves and never pursued their dreams, their purpose, never created the thing that helped me?" What if you, Adriene, gave up on yourself, let your self-doubt win and never created this video? You help so many people from around the world (New England here), it's inspiring.       Me as well, I started laughing after Adriene said "the smell of you inner thighs" then just couldn't stop giggling...and at the end she said "let us know how you're doing down below" and I lost it again...lol...great way to start the day with a laugh. :)

    this is one of my favourites; I can recommend this when you feel very confused, stressed and overwhelmed. it works immediately and helps you to shift from feeling weird to being completely okay with yourself and whatever is happening to you your life. it gives you a boost of confidence and you can use it to create peace for yourself. thank you @Yoga With Adriene (L)

    Happy Friday Breath to Bridge family and YWA community.
    How are you? This one could not have come at a better time for me. Been in a funk this week, mainly when home before and after work. Even today being Friday had not lifted me much. However, I feel so much more upbeat after this practice. If your week has not been the best, hopefully you will feel better after this one too. At least 13:13-14 should make you smile ☺ when you "smell your inner thighs".

    This was just perfect for today. During the outbreak, I (a clinical psychologist) have had all my morning patients cancelled. I needed something to keep my head above water. This did the trick.

    This morning I felt I lost my hope on my war with narcissistic sides of my soul, when you said "smell the inner thighs" then laughed, I giggled and relieved. Then I thought... that we're all humans and we all have so-called embarrassing sides and that is okay. Whole habits that we hide, or dozens of other not-perfect moments makes us human, and beautifully ordinary. Thank you.

      Adriene was a God-send for me as well, a little over three years ago. She was my first Yoga teacher. I was a mess and very desperate. I give her all the credit for picking me up. She's an amazing yoga teacher, in my opinion. I certainly benefit from branching out and going to public courses, but Adriene is always available, anytime of day. She's an incredible teacher. I don't mean to shower her with such praise because it really does no good, but everyone in the world should be doing yoga with Adriene.

    Yoga after dinner is never my first choice, but this was just the positive affirmation adn energy mover I need. Working to get back to a more regular practice. I committed to walking and yoga at least 5 days per week. Good luck to everyone in your practices. See you tomorrow morning.

    Blessed Beloved Beauties! I'm thankful Refresh Yoga Day 12 was light and quite soft to get the juices flowing today. My upper back hurts.😫 I have been using a heating pad.     Alternate nostril breathing helped me so much for tension headache, sinusitis and to calm down if the going gets tough and I should say that I am a different person from two years ago. I never thought that I could have the attitude of some people I admire, calm, wise and witty just like my teacher Adriene

    Hi All, Since I started running every other day, I also have been switching Adriene's Weigh Loss Yoga videos, today was day 13, I am feeling goood... with boosting my energy levels up 🧘‍♀after nice Summer 😎rest . My acting achilles heel feels now good and I am planning on doing most of my running on soft wood trails🏃‍♀.     Salute 🦋❤️🦋l Day - 13 l September 13, 2024 l Blessed Beloved Beauties! Ah, this practice is so refreshing and healing. It has been awhile since it has been on the calendar. It was sweet to do this session from my hotel 🛍️🏨 room during some travels with my husband. I rose with some lower back pains. The room is swanky, yet the bed is hard. Anywho, thank God for yoga. Now it's time for meditation 🧘🏿 and more yoga. Best wishes, everyone!

    So glad you highlighted this for the March 2019 schedule. Exactly the right yoga for me today. I’ve been ill and exhausted. Debated whether to go to bed or find a yoga video. The perfect yoga for when I doubt whether I can do anything but sleep. Another awesome class.

    This video came such at a right time, Adriene! I have to make a decision that might change the course of the next few years and I am so scared of choosing something that might have not been the best option. The thought that one decision can change and impact so much in my life and career is terrifying, specially when you are the first person to doubt yourself as I sure am. I just want to follow my gut and trust the process as you would say. I really hope it all works out for the best in the end.

    Intention : don't doubt my sweat, hard work always pays off
    Self doubt is always my enemy during the day, and even this practice is an example as I thought I didn't heard Adriene's instructions right only to find out that my body moves through instinct. I now beat self doubt by trusting my breath, my sweat, and my heartbeat all this I learned through regular yoga practice. And for this I am thankful.

    Been struggling with letting go of some things while also packing for a big trip for a music festival for the weekend. I cannot tell you how much self doubt has been circling my mind in leading up to leaving my house before my 2 hr road trip there... But this lil bit of self care goes a long way. This is another new beginning to my journey but a good way to start and make it stick. Thank you 🙏
