It's 2024 , who's here
2024 here! 🎉🎉🎉
hi
✌🏼😎😘
😎✌🏼😻
Oh, I'm here! And will see them in Seattle in two weeks on May 15! This will be my first time seeing them in concert! Cannot wait!
Charlie Watts, king of the smooth backbeat. 🥁
IT'S 2023 ...WHO IS STILL LISTENING TO THIS GREAT 80'S MUSIC????🤗
Agree , nothing better than the 80's music 🍷🍷
Love them forever💋👍
A legacy left forever in recordings Honey!
I’m here a masterpiece ❤
Im 54 years still listening
This is the most underrated Stones track.
RIP Charlie Watts and Bobby Keys. Thanks for the music.
who are they? The only memebr in this band is Mick Jagger
2024 and STILL listening to this song❤❤❤
Why wouldn't you, music doesn't have an expiration date for enjoyment.
❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉
I'm an African-American woman too who's been listening to The rolling Stones since the early seventies I will always enjoy them and one thing I love about my mother she loved everyone we never would talk to discriminate I just love music❤
Hell YES! 🙌🏼
I'm a black woman whose been listening to the rolling stones since the 70s my favorite band💯💯💯💃💃💃
I've been listening to them a little before that. WW lol
Great era of the Stones. They look and sound cool as fuck here
I’ll never stop listening to the Stones, and Emotional Rescue is just one of their many PERFECT SONGS!!
Mick,I need you to rescue me 🎉🎉
One of the Rolling Stones finest songs. Eerily hypnotic. Jagger's falsetto voice is absolutely brilliant! The bass of Wyman is the lead instrument. It's just a truly great song.
Actually during the recording of this song it was actually Ronnie wood and wyman was actually playing key boards
Good ear. Indeed, the bass line is terrific.
I will be your knight in shining armor
Coming to your emotional rescue
You will be mine, you will be mine, all mine
I will be your knight in shining armor
Riding across the desert on a fine Arab charger
My favorite verse 😎
Hard for me to take!!! This song is going on 43 years old!!!! WOW!!!! I was only 22 then!!! Man, those were great times back then. I remember going skinny dipping at 1 in the morning in a quarry with some 36 DD'S!!? Yowza!!! This song was playing on my car stereo.
Aaaah the summer of 1980, still smells fresh today !! I've got the 45, put away...
Gentlemen, don't get mad .....get creative .....remain respectful, and keep quiet when you are angry.
Mannnnnn, it took a minute for it to register. My Big Sister and I always talked about his "Nonchalant" way of playing the drums. He's like "Yeah🙄🙄🙄 I'm here, lets do this" 🤣🤣🤣 Rest in Heaven🙏🙏🙏
Release this song today and it would top any song on the charts. This group evolved with every decade that passed
Gonna be playing steel wheels album later
I just love Mick Jagger... ❤❤❤❤❤
Me toooo!! 🎵
The title alone speaks volumes. Love this, weed has definitely come to my "rescue."
My favorite Rock Band and yes I love the Disco era Stones.
love this, always have done. it gave Prince a few ideas for sure lol
‘74-‘82 Stones is my favorite era of Stones, I don’t care what anybody says. Yea I get how great ‘68-‘73 was, but that was a little before my cognizant era. My 11-19 years was ‘74-‘82 and I loved it.
The bass by Bill Wyman, so melodic, it supports the entire track from start to finish.
Just read Ronnie Wood played the bass…hmmm. Great song!
That's what I thought too, but I checked a couple of sources, and several authorities say Ronnie played bass on this one.
Yes, seems that's the case. Thanks to yourself and KittyGrizGriz for clarifying.
Still a great line though and their best track of them all, for me !!!
It's my understanding that Ronnie did this bass line..it was beyond Bill's capacity, disconcerting, but it is what it is, a tough bass line
Each of them is beyond a Master at their particular instrument of specialty.
( Mick's being his voice, his moves, & HARMONICA!
Brian's damn well being _WHATEVER instrument he PICKED UP!_ )
And, most of them are Masters at several OTHER instruments, as well.
Just frickin' amazing.
These boys blow my mind every time I hear them.
( Starting with when I turned on to them, as a wee 12 year-old!
And, I'm _old_ now!)
The look of concern and almost disgust from Charlie Watts at Mick is hilarious. RIP Charlie
Fuck kieth, the bass drives every stones cong in the 70s and 80s
He looks stoned
I'll never understand why some people didn't like this when it was released. I liked it immediately. This is the classic Stones sound, IMO.
Agree James I don't understand either.
I love this song I went and got the album when it came out
They do now 👍
@@jupitermadcat I’m gay just wanna put that out there.Lets do this man.
It’s not classsic stones. But smoke a fatty and listen to it and it’s one of their better songs. Like waiting on a friend
I love these older videos. Jagger is such a ham in them. ❤
an absolute killer tune. Amazing bassline, Jagger's crazy voice. Horns at the end. Its magic
Rolling Stones you are amazing 👏 ❤❤
One of the best songs to listen to, and shake off a bad mood
The Stones were keeping up with the music trends of the 70s and early 80s. Emotional rescue has a nice disco rock beat to it which was just as good as Blondie, B52s and others.
1980 what a beautiful year
2024. Seeing the Stones in May in Phx, AZ
Rest in beautiful peace Mr.Charlie Watts. You were a lovely man. We will miss you.❤
R. I. P Charlie Watts...thanks for the music and the memories.
One of the very best they have done.
Now it's 2024 and who is still listening to this great song??
Hell ya!!
I agree if this was released again it would be # 1 FAST
RIP Charlie. You were pure class.
Charlie was such a big part of the fabric of the Stones, and this song is a shining example of this. RIP Charlie!
Sweet, talented Charlie with that sweet, bemused face. Forever rocking……
Charlie’s looks were the best part of this vid!
My favorite song by the stones. There’s something special about it.
very original and another big comeback;.it was is still magic.
soooo bloody many ... but this wins --- by a skinny micron !!!
Bloody original fromworlds greates Rock and Roll band...Yea you could be mine every night, knight in shining armor. My lady and I dance to this, closely.
In my top 5 of their playlist. Great song.
Vocal line, especially in intro
I love their shared smiles in this video as they are clearly having a blast with this song!
What a pretty and most fascinating woman ,hello my darling ?
His faces, his dancing, their longevity.
Those bass lines...unreal.
Yep, Bill at his best.
Woody played bass on this track, not Bill Wyman.
Also proves how well Mick can sing falsetto. Unreal as well. LOL!
For years I have told anyone who would listen "Hey listen to the bass line in this song guys...that bass line is so slick! Each First 4 bar section hinting at the 4 bars to come 16 bars later." Played with forethought and sly rhythmic sophistication. Unreal is the word my friend, unreal!
@sascha herrmann I'll be looking forward to your post of a 'schoolboy' playing this song Sascha.
This tune and Waiting on a Friend were the ones that will always make the the Stones... Great in my generation!
That era for them was top-notch.
The Rolling Stones are THE BEST: FOREVER!
What a pretty breathtaking woman ,hello my darling ?
Keith Richards is the Greatest Rock'n Roller of all times.
Those guys look like they had a lot of fun.
Thanks to everyone who's shared their favourite tracks Bobby played on. This one came up a lot...
Great
thanks bob R.I.P
...and Bobby K in the background....
Awesome video.....Remembering Bobby bless him.....Love You Guys the #1 Rock n Roll Band
NICE
Bands today , drummer can’t hit them drums like they back in good ole days !!! Listen to them drums hell yea !!!!
without Mick, this band toilet water. Mick is the Stones.
I'll be yours!!!
RIP charlie . You was one cool 😎 cat . Kept Mick and Keith in rhythm and was quiet about it . Gonna miss you man .
The stones got great chemistry. They are a versatile band ,wonderful.
For the last few days, I kept on looking at Ron Wood in this video and kept saying to myself that guy looks Celtic like how they do in Northwest Spain.. The high cheekbones, long face with sharp features, tall and narrow pointy generous nose. And come to find out he said he is from a people call water bargees and he suspects he is related to the Spaniards. I was right....I know my people!!!
It's May 24, 2024, I'm listening!
RIP Charlie Watts, sincere condolences to the band, family and friends. With Love from Canada
Only one person could sit on the throne behind those drums. We all knew him as the iconic Charlie Watts. Rest in peace and keep drumming, sir.
He can't drum anymore. He's dead.
@@gogoyubari366 let’s get real without Charlie there’s no stones I don’t wanna see them with any drummer the stones should of called it a day after Bill Wyman left once Wyman left the stones the stones were never the stones the whole band should of hung it up after steel wheels
Last night I was dreaming...cried like a child.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I loved this song when it first came out and I still love it today!
Face it.
Headphones were invented for music like this.
Excellent!!!
😎
RIP Charlie Watts. The best keeping the beat.
Love this 80ts🎸 Rolling stones 👈

Mick Jagger's expressions are just so funny!
No doubt ! He likes playing the psycho bloke
I love Mick's facial expressions!!
@@pennicandy2799 Absolutely!
Wayne (Wayne’s World) Campbell at 3:05
He looks like Andy Samberg.
Great soft funk from the Stones.
I'm in love with the saxophone player. Oh my goodness
The Drummer beat till his heart couldn’t beat no more. So much respect
RIP Charlie Watts, he has more notable deliveries but this one was offered at a great time in my life. Glad I got to see the "Tattoo You" tour.
Ahh msn this hurts a huge loss a class act
He was the only drummer that was so cool playing and wasn’t all crazy. Great band.
Great drummer. He never made a face expressions. 😒so sad. This hurts. Now what. Do they tour again? Because he was a big part in this band. Even though he was never that popular. He liked it that way
So sad. 💔
@@darrenkellman5780 The Rolling Stones by now is a major corporation, and the $$ will ensure that they continue. They had already found a replacement for C.W. for the current U.S. tour.
Mick is the most iconic frontman ever. His moves can't be duplicated. 100% original
I can't believe this one was release back in 1973 👽 rock 🥌🍻🤘
Never..my son 🍻🥵👍🚀👽😜🔥 real talent real music 🎸🍻 pennut butter here we come 😱👽👀🤣👍🚀
@@robertovalenciavalencia4427 This came out in 1980.
I love his high energy
@@robertovalenciavalencia4427 Rescue is 1980. The 73' mention is an ad for GHS re-release.

Very underrated.

"When music was real" LOL.
Rest in peace Charlie. You were always the coolest of The Stones. I like this video it looks likes he's enjoying himself.
God bless You Charlie R. I. P
I think this is the Rolling Stones' BEST SONG I just loveee ittttt
The bass line is still hard after all these years.....a Stones fan to the heart
Came here for one of my favourite Charlie Watts tracks. Rest in rock, you legend.
one of my favorites
Love this song and enjoy watching Jagger perform it. Never gets old.
The Rolling stones have always being one of the best.
You will be mine, you will be mine, all mine
I will be your knight in shining armour
Riding across the desert with a fine Arab charger
😘😘
Always loved Ron's crazy bass playing on this one.
Im a diehard stones fan but not because of this song
Mick goes German Romantic there at the end. I guess this ones for the girls.
Hi Mick receive me into your garden, Thanks men!
By the time, everyone who was somebody in music industry, eventually made disco music. Rolling Stones, KISS, Queen, for example.
seeing bill just grooving and keeping that perfect time 'the human metronome' letting the band just do their thing is still cool. rest in piece bill.
This album = my high school days. I literally grew up with the Stones. Rest In Peace, Charlie. 🕊❤️
so sad to hear about that
what a rock legend he is
@Joey Giffee Thanks for the history lesson. But I was born in the 60s, so I actually am aware of this. Just paying my respects. You should try it! ☮️
I was born 65 .
What a pretty woman ,hello sweetheart ?
Me, too
I was _12_ when I first turned-on to the boys.
(And, I've aged beyond half-a-century, now!)
Killer summer song from that magical year 1980. Mick killed it with the falsetto. This song proves the Stones could do anything & sound good!
M’y favorite stone song period
Love all the songs!! But this one hits the dance floor!! 🎵
Bill Wyman was such a fine excellent bass player. Very underrated.
Maybe but! Woody wrote a lot of what he played. Ron wood is the unsung hero of the stones
Bill Wyman still is an excellent bass player, even at age 84. However, Ron Wood played bass on this track.
I LOVE THE ROLLING STONES.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😵😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 when I get emotional and depressed the rolling Stones come to my emotional rescue. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
YeeeAAAH!!!
@@crabbycreates2943 hey it's a minion party.
