@RapMusic490 Oh neat! Well essentially, Clear Wing Synchro Dragon's ability allows for any effect targeting monsters that are level 5 or higher to be negated. Since Clear Wing Synchro Dragon and Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon are both level 7, I can negate the effect with Clear Wing Synchro Dragon
