- Here's a VRC6+N163 chiptune arrangement of the Area Zero/Paradox Pokémon battle music from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
I had trouble deciding which version of this track to cover, so I sort of combined them :]

I managed to figure out how to make some cool synth bass sounds with N163, but I tried for hours and failed at making a good-sounding slap bass sound. VinylCheese is a wizard, idk how they do it lol

I really like how this has become somewhat of a meme whenever terminalmontage puts a good song in their Vids and lots of the people watching just flood to that song and it's comments section.
I’m always so impressed by how many channels you can use simultaneously without any one of them sounding cluttered or overwhelming.

I love how you used elements from both the normal battle theme and the paradox version of the theme in this, it comes together really well! This theme is definitely one of my favorites from the game and it really translated well into 8bit!

personally, i'd have just done a big ol' dumb DPCM sample on the VRC6 end of things and probably gotten more volume out of it, but still, this is such a banger of a track and you did one hell of a job covering it!
