Same. That'd be such a cool addition. I get why it didn't stay, since most of HGSS's 8-bit forms were just the original songs (Not sure of Ho-oh's theme got an 8-bit version or not) and with newer games they'd have to be made from scratch, but still.

yea that is ridiculous. Spain, outside of the colonial era, had no interactions with the Chinese. why? because the Ottomans regulated trade between Europe and Asia basically. so if we found these in a more middle east or Anatolia inspired region that would make sense, but not over in Spain...

This theme always kinda reminds me of the Unova Legendary theme, sharing the same intensity and mystery to it. Although these Pokemon are the exact opposite to the Swords of Justice. I have a headcanon that the Treasures of Ruin are the sworn enemy of the Swords of Justice.
Could you imagine what would have happened if this was originally produced back in the Gen 3 days? So many Pokémon trainers would have their minds blown!
