    Should be referred to as NutBanger Row. My soldiers always take a hit when doing these

      Strong work - means you're training full range of motion.

    "Landmine Row = T-Bar Row" is this true?

      Sure looks like it to me!

      A T-Bar Row usually has a "T-shape" handle like shown here: th-cam.com/video/yPis7nlbqdY/w-d-xo.html - this variation uses what is called a "Landmine" collar that holds the bar in place. We then use a cable row handle around the bar to execute the lift. Regardless of what you call it - it's a horizontal row.

      Would say T is the shape made by arms not just the grip. Landmine Row is usually one handle, working one side at a time. You pull the bar high as you don’t have other parts of your anatomy in the way

    Is it okay if I feel a little bit in my lower back but not pain

      You're not keeping your spine neutral. I was doing the same too until someone pointed it out.

    Lower back a bit sore after doing this yesterday for the first time, normal hypertrophy or poor form?

    • @hiraya5296
      @hiraya5296 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      that means your spinal erectors are getting stressed quite a bit, which is gonna make em bigger. as long as your back doesnt curve, you should be fine

    How do you keep the attachment anchored. I have one (standard size) and when I put anything over 75 lbs, the attachment comes out of the the hole of the weights

    • @atomic.athlete
      @atomic.athlete  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      When we get heavy we place a sandbag over it so it doesn't pop out.

      @@atomic.athlete thanks for responding. I wouldn't think 80 lbs is all that heavy, but I guess it's heavy enough. I don't have sandbags, but I'll find something to counter balance it.
      Thanks again.

    Thought these were T bar rows

    • @atomic.athlete
      @atomic.athlete  3 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      They are. Landmine refers to the bar collar in the plates. Either name works.
