      Exactly man! If i guess, this movie is made by an American. When I was there for a few weeks, every "fresh and healthy" smoothie i bought had a lot of sirup in it. WHY!? A banana is sweet as f*ck, haha. I just don't get it why Americans ALWAYS add sugar and bad stuff to EVERYTHING. Just learn to eat without. It will cost you a few weeks but after that you won't think about sugar, salt, etc. again.

Wouldn't recommend for people who want to lose weight but for people who want to gain weight or are incredibly active

    Hello milk is part of the inflammatory aliments to avoid in order to stay healthy. Maybe put this in hot water or cashew or soja bean milk? With dried fruits if necessary depending on what sport you have practiced. Dried Sultanas or dattes contains a lot of minerals to compensate the loss of minerals after sport. Sport create lactic acid which makes you loose your minerals then the body looks for those minerals in your bones (i.e. calcium) which creates damage

    • @WoozyCool

    It is not a complete and lean protein as it doesn't contain all the amino acids and the quantity of fat it very high. Fats slows the digestion of protein and it cannot replace a whey protein powder. This is my honest opinion and I am not saying that this homemade protein powder is bad. I just commented what I felt. Btw the recipe was good and healthy 👍😃

    But it will take time to digest till then muscles are not able to recover, this is best for no workout or other time rather than workout time. Whey is recommended because that is fast in digestion post workout

      Hi Dipesh, our understanding of the internal workings is limited, but what you says makes sense. It's better to avoid heavy foods during work out. We should always keep in mind that, digestion and ingestion process takes about 4 to 5 hours no matter what food we consume. Thanks!🙂👍

      Since people using this garbage thinking its valuable is kinda dangerous let me leave this: The TYPE of protein matters MUCH more than the AMOUNT of protein.
      When we talk about protein we talk about aminoacids. There are certain "essential aminoacids" (google the term if you want) which the body CAN NOT synthesize and therefore has to be EATEN. Plant protein is generally LOW ON ESSENTIAL AMINOACIDS! Which is why this recipe does not hold any value as "protein supplement".
      There are non-essential aminoacids which also help with nourishing humans and then theres also a ton of garbage that we call protein.
      For example Gummy Bears have one of the highest Protein content out there but hold ABSOLUTELY NO NUTRITIONAL value due to the lack of the aminoacids that the human body actually needs.
      Id rather eat some tasty unprocessed nuts, enjoy their individual flavour than crap together a bunch of them to make this shit. Which again is USELESS AS PROTEIN SUPPLEMENT.

    Hello fusion cooking
    Can u pls tell me when to take this powder before or after gym/workout.?

    • @FusionCooking
      @FusionCooking  6 ปีที่แล้ว +18

      Hi Vinayak, whatever we take goes into 24 hour cycles, so it shouldn't matter. But I would take it along with breakfast or lunch. So still we're giving half day for it to get ingested. Before gym is better too. But you may feel bloated if you take it too close to gym time. Light 100 to 200 calorie snack before gym is better. Thanks!👍🙏🙂
