Loved the two piece linen set!!! Didn’t see a bad fit!
Thank you so much! I appreciate your sweet comment 🥰🥰🥰
Hi Angela! So nice to have gotten two separate pieces to make a complete outfit from 3 yards. I hope the pants will become more comfortable for wearing. The tank top looks very nice. One thing I have been on the hunt for over the last couple of years is a nicely fitting tank top pattern (for knits or wovens - either would be nice).
Thanks Michelle! I'm hoping to make a couple tanks this month myself. If you come across a good pattern for knits, please share! And I'll do the same 😊
Nice outfit , I would wear that ! I love linen .
Thanks so much! I appreciate this. I've worked with linen only a few times and it is a dream to sew with!
Your outfit looks great. I haven’t made the pants but I have made the top a few times and the dress twice. So simple yet very flattering and stylish.
Nice! Thanks so much for your sweet comment 😊💕
Looks like a great summer outfit Angela 😊
Hi Michelle! 🤗 Thank so much!
Love the way it looks on you, I think I will try to find pattern and make, thanks
Thank you so much! 🥰🥰🥰
That’s going to make a gorgeous and yes, very breezy outfit for summer!!
Thanks so much!
What a cool and comfortable outfit for warmer weather! I love basic pieces you can dress up or down. Well done Angela. I don’t have that pattern but I’ve used the Cadence top from Love Notions for something similar out of linen. It’s a favorite of mine
Thank you so much! I appreciate your thoughtful comment 💕 The Cadence looks like a great pattern. I'll probably pick it up next time it's on sale.
Great summer outfit!
Thank you! 😊
The outfit looks like it will be cool in the summer.
Thanks! I think it will be ☺️
I made those pants in a white linen last year and just love them. I have leftover fabric as well that i may just make the top too. I think yours came out great!
Thank you so much! I'm glad to hear yours came out so well! I do wear mine pretty frequently now that the weather is warming up. Maybe another pair is in order 😊 Best wishes with your top!
Looks like a nice outfit for summer.
Thank you!
Looks good
Thanks!
I loved your outfit. ❤❤❤
Thank you! 💕☺️
Full length pants make me look taller and slimmer. Cropped pants make legs look shorter and stumpier so I’d only make the pants full length.
Thank you
Such a great summer outfit!!
Thanks Kris! Easy to make and easy to wear - my two main criteria most times, lol!
Looks very nice
Thanks so much!
I just bought this pattern at Hobby Lobby. Not knowing, I grabbed what they had. It was the 10-22 size one. I wear a 6, and I went back to two HL's and this size doesn't exist. Also, online it is not available. I am VERY new to sewing, and was excited to try this. Is there any EASY way to convert this pattern to fit me? Thanks so much for any help!
Hi there, thanks so much for stopping in! I'm so sorry to hear that you aren't able to find the size you need for this pattern. Thinking about it, it would be pretty difficult for me to try to explain alterations by typing. The best option, without having anyone to show you in person, might be to do a general TH-cam search on altering sewing patterns or resizing sewing patterns. I found a couple videos just now from @oldtimepatterns and @catherinesews that look pretty easy to follow and I'm guessing there must be tons of videos out there. Best of luck to you!
@@JustMeAndMyFabric thank you for taking the time to respond! I will check out the links you shared. :)
Could you make it with a knit?
While the pattern doesn't suggest any knits, I bet it would work fine depending on the chosen knit. Great idea!
