just bought the timberpro cs6150 the chain oil is leaking underneath doesent look like its going on the chain.nothing at tip of blade can any one help.
I have a timber pro top handle chainsaw 10 inch 25cc and that's a great little pruning saw. had it a year and never had a problem. timber pro do some good budget saws
jason Gardener Thats my next saw id like to get. I have a 62 cc saw, a 45 cc saw. Don't have a good limbing saw. Glad to hear you havent had an problems with yours. Thanks for watching!!
for the price the top handle chainsaw is great. the chain it comes with is ok ish but best to put a better one on. Iv done 6-8 inch cuts with it. I'm think of getting a bigger timber pro for stump cutting. I would surgest some chainsaw trousers be good to see. but enjoyed video 👍
Yeah the timberpro top handle chainsaw is definitely one of the cheaper ones which is fine. I don't need a top of the line name brand top handle saw. The big timber pro saw seems to be pretty good other than a gas tank venting problem. I will get some chainsaw chaps sometime.
I' just bought a husquvarna last winter and love it but that timberpro looks alot like the husky and seems to be built pretty good...if u take care of it and maintain it it should last u a good long time!and becareful out there!
I'm glad your chainsaw is working good,I never received mine although I paid for it on Dec 26 2016 .it's been two months now and I'm running out of firewood.buyer beware they don't care.
Jeremiah Johnson I'm sorry to hear this. You bought it on eBay? If you bought it on eBay you can start a claim I think it was called and you'll win. It happened to me not with this saw but another one I was going to buy. I got all my money back. The saw never came.
Love2boat92 no I used PayPal through there website at timberpro-UK. it already went through a claim with UPS and all that did was give them there money twice.i got nothing. I won't give up yet. take care
I have got 3 of theses saws as I burn wood all year round here up north. And they are great had a few small things come up I find timber pro to be good and support there product. I had a husky that I fired off a cliff after using this saw the husky was fffffing junk this saw got power to cut I have 24 inch bar on one saw a 20 on my second one and a 16 on the 3rd saw. I have 3 saws now fkr same thing I paid for junk husky that is at bottom of Alaskan river now.
Jeff Demers They are great saws. That's a good idea to have different size bars on all 3 saws. Wish I had a 24 inch bar on one of my saws. Glad to hear you are happy with your saws. I am with mine. You can't really beat the amount of saw you get for the price. Thanks for watching!!
I just got one, and the chain brake looks like complete shit. It's chintzy plastic and the ports from the exhaust turn towards it. I think it will melt when using the dog. Have you had any issues with yours?
Jeffrey Beyer Yeah I'm not used to having so much power in my hands. It's really loud. I started it up once without ear plugs in and my ears were ringing for about 10 minutes after I shut it off. Lol. Thanks for watching!!!
Love2boat92 If you like that much extra power over your smaller saw, you might be a power addict. There is no cure, only more power has proven an effective remedy for most symptoms.
I am thinking of buying a timberpro saw as it is 1/3 of cost of top brand and I dont have a lot of use for it but I read somewhere on line that timberpro are made in same factory as top brand
Ivor Davies It's a pretty good saw for the price. I did have to replace the gas tank vent and today I broke the on/off switch so you know. It hasn't been a trouble free saw however I'm like you I can't afford a name brand saw with this many ccs. I've got about 17ish hours on my mine now.
Let it warm up a little, give it a few quick bursts of full power, let it cool and check chain tens2,repeat, let it cool. Then give it full power cutting small limb wood for a tank of fuel. Is how I'd break it in.
Ryley Bodger I probably wouldn't run 50 to 1 in this saw. That's half the amount of oil in the gas as timberpro says to run. 25 to 1 ratio in my opinion is to rich with oil. It was really smokey to run. I am running 40 to 1 in my saw milling lumber without any issues so far. I have around 20 hours on my saw now. Probably 10 of those hours are milling.
Love2boat92 I think I've put around 30 mins on the saw so far lol. It is very smokey with the 25:1 mixture I'm going to change it to 40:1 after the first tank or so. I mainly use mine for firewood and bring quading if there a tree fallen on the road so far it's great
Dan from Timberpro told me that 40:1 is acceptable in the CS6150; he said that the 25:1 is inteded for break in. I wouldn't run 50:1 in anything personally.
Connie Kloosterman You are welcome. I bought the TimberPro top-handle chainsaw from a vendor on Amazon. Had one problem with it so far, and it was operator error. Am doing a land clearing project on my land, uaed the saw for almost all of the tree cutting done on my land.
In reality .. I think that the saw has probably 4.1 or more H.P. .. I have my Jonsered 630 With a 61.5 cc engine and it has a 4.3 H.P.engine ... I bought this saw New back when they first came out .. and it still runs like a new saw ... very fast cutting I cut with this saw professionally for a little over 9 years .. and all these other years I cut my seasonal firewood .. 4 cord per year ... I am very impressed with the low cost of those saws you're getting .. I figured they wouldn't last ... however your pleased ... so I have to take another look at these saws ...
Nathan Warman I should look up the actual HP of the saw. I usually just go by the cc rating. There's a lot of manufactures that use a 61.5 cc engine for their saws. I can't remember if it was stihl or husqvarna uses a 61.5 cc engine for their saws. Sounds like you've done a lot of cutting with yours over the years which says a lot about your saw. I am impressed with the cheap saws I've gotten also. On my Chinese saw the cost of replacing the bar and chain I might as well for a few dollars more I can buy an entire saw with a bar and chain. Lol.
Ive seen it alot from experienced forest workers. Chain break is on there's no way that chain is moving. Know what you are doing and you wont get hurt. I do it when I want to give the chain a quick snap to check for tension.
Just got mine this week when right threw 16 inch maple like butter lots of power when you need it
I love my timberpro 62cc 20”
just bought the timberpro cs6150 the chain oil is leaking underneath doesent look like its going on the chain.nothing at tip of blade can any one help.
La cylindrée de ce moteur est bien 61.5cm3?
without further ado►► 2:41
The gas tanks are too small it dont last long on a tank but it does run well and lots of power
Looking good !
..
RoryTrackrod Thank you. Thanks for watching!!

Nice😆
Nice running saw!
Merry Christmas!
Cristi Ro It sure is. Thanks. Merry Christmas to you too. Thanks for watching!!!
You left it one full tank to broke in the piston and cilynder?
I'm glad your chainsaw is working good,I never received mine although I paid for it on Dec 26 2016 .it's been two months now and I'm running out of firewood.buyer beware they don't care.

Jeremiah Johnson Oh wow. I'd be so mad. Just keep trying. Don't give up. It will take time to get your money back.

It sounds like it should, doesn't sound like it will be lacking power in firewood when compared to the big name saws.
Jeffrey Beyer Hahaha. More power more better. It would be sweet to turn this saw into a hot saw.
I am thinking of buying a timberpro saw as it is 1/3 of cost of top brand and I dont have a lot of use for it but I read somewhere on line that timberpro are made in same factory as top brand

thanks for reply I have enquired about timberpro saw
Ivor Davies Welcome. Thanks for watching and commenting on my video. This saw has a lot of bang for the buck.
Sounds mean!
TheToolReview Yeah I'm not used to having so much power in my hands. Thanks for watching!!

Jeffrey Beyer Yeah that's probably what I'll do. Hopefully it doesn't stretch to much. Thanks for watching!!!
Looks like a echo brand almost
nice video man i love chainsaws been logging since i was 14 im 17 now lol
Wow. That is a long time. I started out rather young too. Lol.
lol yeah thats all my family ever really has done i work with electric now i like it its great!
Unknown Voltage And Current Then your family should know a TON about saws. There's good money to be made in the electric industry.
ikr and yeah most of my fam does really good im teaching my lil bro
Glad to hear it. I am sort of doing the same with my brother.
Can you run 50:1 after its broken in?
Ryley Bodger I probably wouldn't run 50 to 1 in this saw. That's half the amount of oil in the gas as timberpro says to run. 25 to 1 ratio in my opinion is to rich with oil. The 25 to 1 is just to cover the saw manufactures, incase you use really crap quality oil, 40 to 1 with a good synthetic will be miles better.
Dan from Timberpro told me that 40:1 is acceptable in the CS6150; he said that the 25:1 is inteded for break in. I wouldn't run 50:1 in anything personally.
Pugsgunsandstuff hi there, this mixture is intended for the professional series 62cc not the regular 62cc
where do you get one
Connie Kloosterman Ebay & Amazon for sure, possibly direct.
Thank you!
Connie Kloosterman You are welcome. I bought the TimberPro top-handle chainsaw from a vendor on Amazon. Had one problem with it so far, and it was operator error. Am doing a land clearing project on my land, uaed the saw for almost all of the tree cutting done on my land.
That is not a 62cc engine its an 52cc engine but they work and with low maintainance could live 5-6years!
These saws are just like parker they look the same what's the difference
Same saw
Mix 25:1 ?
Tüftler That's what they say to put in it but I run 40 to 1 in it now so it's not so smokey.
Love2boat92 okay
They're claiming 3.6 H.P. on this one ..62 cc
Nathan Warman I believe it. This saw has a lot of power compared to what I'm used to.
In reality .. I think that the saw has probably 4.1 or more H.P. .. I have my Jonsered 630 With a 61.5 cc engine and it has a 4.3 H.P.engine ... did i just see him touch the chain ?
Maybe. Lol.
He at least had the chain brake on. Not that it makes it okay. Good video.
Ive seen it alot from experienced forest workers. Chain break is on there's no way that chain is moving. Know what you are doing and you wont get hurt. I do it when I want to give the chain a quick snap to check for tension.
There's also a throttle safety so you pretty much have to intentionally pull the trigger. At least on my stihl and all the others I've seen.
Is this Chinese chainsaw?
Yes it is. There are many rebranded chinese 6150 chainsaws
You should never start a chainsaw like that! Stupidity!!!
