    As a customer who's flying, how safe is Quatar Airways?
    After watching many jet accident movies, I happened to unlock a fear of flying with them.
    Flying first class, India to doha to Washington, this week.
    Is there much turbulence?
    I'm asking as you are fully aware of their flight experiences and pilots as you've fled to so many countries before..

    • @rosieRC-
      @rosieRC-  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi! It’s pretty safe, Qatar airways is definitely a safe airline. I mean you can’t control turbulences and catastrophic situations, but the airline itself is very strict with safety and the aircrafts are new and always checked by the engineers, safe flights !

    I saw a video from a TH-camr who made a review of Qatar Airways, and the aircraft condition was very poor. Additionally, the service did not live up to the airline's claim of being the "best airline in the world." I noticed many comments from aircrew members complaining about working conditions, long hours, minimal layovers, low salaries, and feeling like they are just considered numbers by the management.

    • @rosieRC-
      @rosieRC-  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      It’s true that qatar airways has a few aircrafts like Airbus 320 that are not up to standards, but they use those only for limited routes, short routes. It is true, it is not perfect, there is also a dark side about this industry which I will share on my TH-cam channel, but mostly I’m approaching a perspective for someone who wants to work as a cabin crew and wants to travel the world and experience life while getting the advantages from this job 😁

    • @rosieRC-
      @rosieRC-  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi ! The BMI ( body max index) for a cabin crew should be between 18-22 , yours it’s approximately 28 I would say ( you calculate that according to your height and weight , you can easily check using google ) . Unfortunately a 28 BMI is too much, but you can work on it ! Emirates to be honest prefers really young candidates, but you can still try. Etihad and Qatar are more permissive with the age as I noticed. Important is to make an excellent impression at the interview. Good luck !

    Does Qatar Airways reject candidates who have thyroid issues?

    • @rosieRC-
      @rosieRC-  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Personally I was never asked for a thyroid test in aviation, so I guess it depends how severe the problem is. If it affects you on a daily bases , then definitely now. But if it’s not affecting you much, I won’t declare and still apply.
      However , as a flight attendant you are exposed to a higher level of radiation and this can be very dangerous in a long term for someone with thyroid issues.

      @@rosieRC- If someone gets selected, they'll need to submit their blood reports.
