Hi. I have a similar one. Pls tell me how to actually drink from it. I see in the video that when you apply pressure it squeezes out the top. Do I need to somehow lower the black part within the lid before I can do that?
It is already ready to use, you don't need to do anything. Just bite the tip with your teeth and squeeze the bottle with your hand. I use it in all my trail runs, very comfortable to hold in hand. Squeeze out all air before run then the water will not shake like in a normal bottle.
