I take hydration with me for anything over 5 miles. Just not worth getting dehydrated at my age. Below 8-10 miles I have the Aonijie vest with two 350ml collapsible bottles. Above 8-10 I use the vest with a 2L bladder. I don’t run more than 15 miles at a time so rarely need the bladder and bottles but that’s always an option. Thanks for the video!
I just got the aonijie vest (training for my first half marathon and I've been going on some longer trail runs) but went with the 2L bladder instead of the front bottles. I still may pick them up, but for now I'm enjoying the bladder. Anyway, I've been using your hair tie trick for the bladder hose! For that perfect placement. Works like a charm.
It's way less expensive. Leaking is hit or miss, but i just return the leaking ones back to amazon. I have the wider mouth version, looking to try this style. Thx
I have a few aonijie bottles. I especially like the one you showed but without the straw. Its a better aonijie flask. the ones with the big openings have a refill advantage, especially in race scenarios. But they're usually difficult to get tight. value for money is definitely there. I had a couple of aonijie vests and can generally recommend them too. good value. they are not as high in quality as bigger brands but.... value is good. I tend to rip the expensive vests on thorns (Including the flasks) as fast as cheaper ones.
I'm interested in using the collapsible bottles but I'm currently using the bladder and then put my phone, keys, fuel in the front pockets. If I use the front pockets for the collapsible bottles, any suggestions for storing the other stuff?
I just bought the 250 ml version of the bottles with the straws. But I can't figure out how to adjust the vest so I can simply turn and drink... Any chance of short video to highlight that?
QoD: How do you stay hydrated out on your runs?

Thanks for this video. Silly me didn’t know it was a bite-down until watching this.

Hair tie for the win 🙌 Best of luck on your half marathon and training! 👍 And thanks for watching!
Me convenció...tenía ciertas dudas, pero terminé más emocionado de adquirirla.

Any way to improve the flow? I seem to be getting out of breath because it’s taking too long to squeeze out a mouthful of water
Ive tried everything to get rid of putrid taste
Baking soda... lemon... milk... dawn... any ideas????
I have that and it's my first soft flask, but how should I clean it? My water kept on tasting plastic even if I washed them with soap and water.
Baking soda works well.

Thank you!
How do I clean it ??? I just bought it. And it gives me such a bad plastic odor. How do I clean it ?
I’ve seen recommendations that cleaning with baking soda works well.
Taste like what its in
This may be true! 😂 thanks for watching!
