Driving her to a cottage in the middle of nowhere and telling her he's going to need plenty of boys - provided by her, is dreadful. I'm sure she had seen enough after all that.
Easy answer....stay single.. pardon the father for acting delighted and wanting the baby brought up in thr middle of the country instead of a grotty tiny flat .
@@elterrifico9522 You could say the same to him. He should have married a woman who felt she'd achieved a lot professionally and now wanted to have kids, not someone barely out of their teens. 1:24:00 Sarah Lancashire as Wendy Farmer before she became Raquel....
59:49 when did they change the stairs around as well as get rid of the function room 😂😂😂
I’m very pro choice but what Susan did to Mike is disgusting. If she felt so strongly, she should’ve maintained that position instead of agreeing to try for a baby a few months ago. Poor Mike 😢
Would have been nice to at least tell gim pre. She murdered his child because she felt like it. Fathers Rights 🥴
Susan Barlow may not have been a very likeable character, but the way Mike was planning her life out for her when she found she was pregnant would put anyone off. Driving her to a cottage in the middle of nowhere and telling her he's going to need plenty of boys - provided by her, is dreadful. I'm sure she had seen enough after all that.
Then don’t marry him.
She was a spoilt little madam
Easy answer....stay single.. pardon the father for acting delighted and wanting the baby brought up in thr middle of the country instead of a grotty tiny flat .
@@elterrifico9522 You could say the same to him. He should have married a woman who felt she'd achieved a lot professionally and now wanted to have kids, not someone barely out of their teens. Mike marrying Ken's daughter was a terrible development, but the writers obviously wanted to keep the Baldwin, Barlow feud going. Unfortunately, they didn't do a very good job of it by going in this direction.
It was a beautiful house in a stunning location.
Interesting that they had a character called Wendy in the last episode of Wendy Jane Walker. And wrote a line into it "not very well brought up, is she - WENDY!" Too much to be a coincidence. It seems the actress wasn't very well liked
What's a Wendy House? My cousins in england had one. But who is "Wendy"?
Mike tells Sue “We’re adults.” 😂🤣
Mike is offering Susan heaven on a plate and you’d think he was trying to drag her to live in Bradford.
I’m sure Eddie would have sent Hilda a photo of the baby!
100% a woman has a right to choose but right behind mike when Susan woman child said "I had to was not an answer". What the hell? She really sounded like a wee spoiled brat and selfish at that.
She was a terrible character, seemingly with no redeeming qualities. Although I hated the way Mike didn't listen to a word she said, and made plans over her head. They didn't seem a good pair at all, not helped by the two actors' obvious lack of chemistry.
Mike wasn't given a choice. That's not fair.
@@philstrachan I agree with you. Her answer was ridiculous.
Susan always has a smirk on her face.
And an irritating voice
All the jury duty stuff is just limp filler. Scriptwriters must have suffered a mental block….
Today’s episodes are all filler. Sad
Susan Barlow was so unlikable. Spoiled little madam.
That one was rubbish!
Definitely.
Vera's mum was on on the buses lol
Jack's comment about keeping vultures 😂😂
I liked the one about his Mother-In-Law being sacred if she was in India. Had me in stitches.
Miss Wendy Farmer
No one else but Raquel in the rovers and then with Curly.
So how did Gayle get back with Brian??! Hate missing episodes!
After Brian abducted Nicky, he eventually brought him back 4 days later and dozy Gail took that as a sign of love and they got back together again.
Is that all British people do is drink tea??!
Is that all Americans do chew gum?
Pretty much 😂
