I don't know why you were rerolling strong abilities like dispersion instead of a windrun you weren't even using.
Yeah he need damage, and dispersion is the most powerfull damage reflection with burrow, false promise and he can reroll windrunner with reincarnation.
Dispersion can get spell amplification with int.

Mammonite is more cost effective than a divine rapier with none of the risk and doesn't take up slots.
a divine rapier costs 6k and does 330 dmg, 6k gold + mammonite = 352 dmg
