When the higher wave creeps starts applying negative damage reduction, it will first reduce all your damage reduction effects and counters that. But it doesn't directly apply to damage block like Bulwark. Bulwark will reduce 70% of all attack damage, even the amplified damage from the negative buff. So Dispersion and Bulwark are the only passive need for this kind of build. Choose other spell that makes you "immortal" or physically immune and let the creeps kill themselves.

Baumi if you want to know if you bet and on who you bet just look at the goldsack over the head of the enemy... The one with the goldsack is the one you bet on
remember when you use to play the mode that you can choose your skill ? that was like 5 years ago. you chose nix then chose burrow, dispersion and bristle back then the game was basically over. this reminds me of this build.
The one where he burrowed in the enemy fountain, immediatley killing them after respawn? He had like 150 kills xD
